The Studies On Quality Standard Of Mongolian Medicine "Susieridun"

Objective:To provide a experimental norm for making the traditional Mongolian medicine susieridun’s quality standards.Methods:The experiment adopts the TLC qualitative identification research to study the granatum prescription of Piper dial, white cardamom, cinnamon, roses, myrobalan, uses the atomic absorption spectrometry methord to determine the content of the prescription’s trace elements. It also uses the amino acid to analyse the prescription’s content of amino acid; and uses high performance liqid chruomatography (HPLC) of the total prescription Piper dial, the main active ingredients of piperine granatum and Terminalia of gallic acid to do the quantitative research. Chromatographic conditions piperine DimaonsilC18(250mm x4.6mm,5μm) column; chromatography acetonitrile-water (60:40) as the mobile phase; flow rate of1.0ml/min; detection wavelength of343nm; column temperature was25℃;total of gallic acid chromatographic conditions:DimaonsilC18(250mm X4.6mm,5μ m) column; chromatography methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid solution (15:85) as the mobile phase; flow rate of0.8ml/min; detection wavelength was273nm; column temperature is30℃; reference to the "Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China (2010) conducted a study of the general inspection items.;Results:The experiment of using the TLC identification method to identify the prescription of single herbs, selects three single pile every taste, which expanded on the system’s results showing that the sample and reference substance in the corresponding position of the thin layer plate are in the same characteristics spots With no inferance appearing in the corresponding position of the blank samples. Determination of amino acids results show that susieridun contains18kinds of amino acids, and total amino acid content of3.941, which contains seven kinds of amino acids-1.284mg/100mg the human body must content,32.58%of the total amino acid content. Atomic absorption spectrometry determination of the content of trace elements in the prescription a result: Pb:727.7μg/kg; As:0.2833mg/kg; Hg:0.0186mg/kg; Cd:166.2μg/kg; of Cu:5.493mg/kg; Fe:1138mg/kg; Mn:120.7mg/kg; Zn:27.94mg/kg; Ca:0.883%;MO:72.33μg/kg. HPLC determination Dun Seuss amount Day piperine and total gallic acid quantitative results:Piperine in0.050μg～0.300μg range within a good linear relationship with the peak area, regression equation Y=68923x+4966.5, r=0.9997, the average recovery rate was101.03%, RSD=2.63%; gallic acid in the range of0.055μg～0.333μg good linear relationship with the peak area, the regression equation Y=38020x+19518(r=0.9997),The average recoveries of102.28%, RSD=2.48%.Conclusions:The qualitative and quantitative analysis method used in this study owns sound advantages of simple, reliable, good separation effects, the results are stable, accurate, and good reproducibility. Provided a reliable fundation for the preparation of quality standards of making Susieridun to develop in Mongolian medicine world.
