Simulated Experiment Of The Incision Positioning In Thyroid Operation

Objective:To compare the aesthetics, concealment and level of the patients’ satisfaction of simulated incisions in thyroid operation which are designed by the way of reckon incision by experience versus the way by preparation of incision through measuring particular points.Method:From March2013to April2013,46patients were disigned the incision twise by the two diffirent methods, simulate data of two diffirent incisions (the aesthetics, concealment and level of the patients’satisfaction).Result:The aesthetics, concealment of simulated incisions which were disigned from the way by measuring particular points are much better than the way of reckon incision by experience (P<0.01); the level of the patients’ satisfaction of simulated incisions which were disigned from the way by measuring particular points are much higher than the way of reckon incision by experience (P<0.01) Conclusion:About the aesthetics of incision, the way by measuring particular points are much better than the way of reckon incision by experience.
