Neuro-aesthetics was proposed by the French neurobiologist Semir Zeki,which was a discipline to study artistic aesthetics.From the 1970 s to the 1990 s,Land et al.realized the importance of brain neural mechanisms in the field of aesthetic research and contributed to the formation of neuro-aesthetics.Research methods of neuro-aesthetics include behavioral methods,electrophysiological methods,and the like.Current neuro-aesthetic studies primarily use evoked potentials with specific visual or auditory stimuli by means of Electroencephalogram(EEG),Magnetoencephalography(MEG)and Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI)This study includes the EEG and behavioral methods used by previous neuro-aesthetics research institutes,based on the previous poetry neuro-aesthetics research2 and uses power spectrum analysis and correlation methods to explore(1)The relationship between the first and second listening to artificial five-character Tang poetry and real Tang poetry;and(2)The analysis of EEG when listening to artificial five-character Tang poetry and real Tang poetry.(3)The investigation and analysis of aesthetic appreciation of artificial Tang poetry.The number of participants in the EEG experiment was 25,the number of artificial Tang poetry used in the experiment was 50,the number of real Tang poetry was 30,the length of each Tang poem was 6000ms;the number of participants in the questionnaire survey was 35,and the number of artificial Tang poetry used in the questionnaire survey was 20.The results show that:(1)The statistical analysis of the EEG power spectrum of the two types of Tang poetry under the mean value show the results that at the level of compound sentences is p=0.051,single sentence is p=0.036,and the syllable is p=0.027,indicating that the aesthetic significance of the artificial Tang poetry and the real Tang poetry is different at the level of single sentence and syllable.(2)In the analysis of three levels of EEG event-related oscillations in listening to artificial Tang poetry and real Tang poetry,the delta band of EEG in listening to artificial Tang poetry and real Tang poetry has significant difference in the 300-400 ms time window in the central region(p<0.05).Combining with the support of decision-making related delta wave,we can get the conclusion that real Tang poetry causes stronger aesthetic judgment of the subjects.(3)There is a high correlation between fluency and meaning(r=0.807),emotion and meaning(r=0.809)in the behavioral analysis of artificial Tang poetry,which shows that artificial Tang poetry has certain aesthetic significance and can bring people a sense of synaesthesia in reading.This study provides some guidance for the later study of poetry experience based on neuro-aesthetics.
