Aesthetic Research Of Medical Ethics

The research about relationship between ethics and aesthetics is a complicated systemic engineering, including lots of factors and different points of view. Aesthetics of medical ethics is a special activity of ethical aesthetics and it is appreciating, feeling and creating beauty in the activity of medical ethics; thereby makes medical activity more human; relationship between doctor and patient is more harmonious; research and development on medical ethics are more scientific, ecological and humanistic; the modern medicine works well among human, ecology, and sustainable development of human and earth; human gets benefit. From the founding mode of harmonious relationship between sincerity, kindness and beauty, aesthetics of medical ethics should base on the unification of sincerity, kindness and beauty. From philosophy stature and aesthetics point, this paper discusses some basic theoretic issues and the application of medical ethics.The first part discusses the status and effect of aesthetics on the foundation of ethics. First, the character of aesthetics consciousness surpassing ethics is analyzed from the relationship between aesthetics consciousness and ethics; the basic opinion about relationship between aesthetics consciousness and ethics of some western thinkers'is expounded; the way of building the harmonious relationship between aesthetics and ethics is discussed. Second, unification of aesthetics consciousness and ethics among Chinese traditional culture is discussed, having the distillation of Chinese traditional culture in mind, from the leading effect of Chinese traditional universe view to ethics and aesthetics, from the building effect of aesthetics traditions of humanity care to harmonious of ethics and aesthetics, and from the combination of ethics and aesthetics consciousness under Chinese traditional culture; humanity resource of Chinese traditional ethics and aesthetics harmonious are summarized;"the view of three theories"---"syncretism of universe and human","harmonious of sincerity and beauty","mingling of truth and sentiment"is summed up; the function of"humanistic care"among traditional aesthetics and harmonious aesthetics'value of shaping harmonious personality, building harmonious society and concerning ecology are discussed. Moreover ideality of ethical aesthetics that aesthetics will become future ethics is expounded from the function of aesthetics and the relationship between sincerity, kindness and beauty. All the theories and discusses supply"field of theory"on the philosophy level in order to construct ethical system of medical ethical aesthetics.The second part puts forward a new medical mode under scientific development view; rationally analyzes the new medical mode from ecology, humanity and etc. ; emphasizes the new medical mode is propitious to carry out the harmonious uniform of reality, kindness and beauty. Moreover modern medical ethical shift is discussed under influence of medical high-tech: concerning life --- kernel shift of humanity care; concerning society --- shift of ethical value. Basing on reality and prospecting future, research of this part exhaustively analyzes the real problem and supplies a fit"source of problem"to medical aesthetics.Basing on the viewpoint of"field of theory"and"source of problem", the third part goes deep into medicine, and especially goes deep into partial field of modern medicine. It discusses culture essence of medical ethical aesthetics; generalizes the common principles of medical ethical aesthetics:"trinity"--- amalgamation of medicine, humanity and ecology;"softness subdues hardness"--- dynamic aesthetical principle resolving the conflicts between medical ethics and medical activity;"beauty enlightens sincerity"--- scientific beauty principle that aesthetical consciousness restricts medical dissimilation. The base of theoretical principle is supplied to the theoretical frame construction of medical ethical aesthetics. Finally, according to the viewpoint that theory and practice are combined, the new points of view and thoughts are offered to resolve ethical conflicts that caused by high-tech and new medical technology.
