Community Health Service(CHS) is the best primary care patterns in the world. According to the requirements of the new medical reform, to achieve universal health coverage, city community health service agencies is to be a very important part, it must continue to improve and develop this agency.The beginning of CHS in China is later than others, compared with CHS agencies in developed countries is still have a certain gap. Recently, the functions of the government is more and more strengthen, and invested more finance in them, the CHS Agencies received some project funding from the government, but still has not established a long-term stable development of compensation yet, regular budget and health funds are still exclude this item, the basic salary of community medical staff also have no protection.Currently, the problem of compensation for city CHS agencies has become an obstacle,which need to be solved urgently. This essay analysis the development of funds in Nanning city community health service compensation mechanism, and combine with the theoretical tools to illustrate the necessity of this study. After that, I make a lot of empirical research, especially through the sampling investigation science of Nanning city community health service agencies, more in-depth understanding the problems of the CHS funds compensation, aiming at solving these problems, the universal measures of compensation funds of national community health service agencies, so that allocating health resources more reasonably. Developing scientific and rational fund compensation mechanism of community health service agencies, to promote the development of CHS healthy and orderly.
