Objective: To explore the effect of Strabismus surgery on the binocular visual function. Toinvestigate the operating chance of different types of strabismus. To explore the operating designof different types of strabismus. To analysis before and after strabismus correction surgery withSynoptophore training’s influence on the binocular vision function.Methods:85cases of strabismus patients were selected, according to the strabismus typegroup, there were divided into the concomitant exotropia group of51cases, accounting for60.00%, Concomitant esotropia group of16cases, accounting for18.82%, Paralytic strabismusgroup of13cases, accounting for15.30%, special type strabismus group5cases, accounting for5.88%. Synotophore examination was used to detect the preoperative and postoperative binocularvisual function. Results: Exotropia surgery way much choose monocular lateral rectus+after medialrectus shortening operation. Esotropia operation main choose eyes medial rectus muscle cell afteroperation. Superior oblique palsy do more with the oblique muscle after apply or inversiontechnique. Paralytic internal bevel and external oblique surgery way eye level material aftermuscle cell joint shorten operation. External oblique V sign operation method for eyes lateralrectus after joint up half a tendon, accompanied by oblique muscle hyperthyroid shall also lineoblique muscle abate technique. Conserve internal bevel1cases of surgical methods materialintraocular rectus off key+rectus coupling technique. Of the85patients,73cases got rightposition of eyes (85.89%). With depending on the Synoptophore to check the binocular visualfunction., preoperative24cases (28.23%),56patients (65.88%) postoperatively. Concomitantexotropia in18cases of preoperative and postoperative33cases; Concomitant esotropia in2casesof preoperative and postoperative9cases. Paralytic strabismus surgery were ignored function,10cases of postoperative, special type strabismus4V in exotropia with preoperative postoperativevisual function, and regular esotropia in preoperative and postoperative were ignored the function. The postoperative binocular vision function was significantly improved than that preoperation(P<0.05).Conclusions: Strabismus corrective surgery for binocular vision function recovery havepromote role, outcomes. An early discovery, early diagnosis, early surgical treatment andpostoperative timely training should be performed to get a better recovery of binocularfunction.especially for preschool children effect more apparent. Postoperative through trainingcan promote the recovery of binocular vision function, and can consolidate the surgery effect.
