Influence Of The Triple Therapy For The Eradication Of Helicobacter Pylori On The Vaginal Microflora In Women

Objective: To study the effect of triple therapy for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori（HP）on thevaginal microecology of child-bearing period women. If taken a prevention or treatment of vaginal flora,before and after the therapy, and lay the foundation for exploring the triple therapy for women ofchild-bearing period women.Methods:1. Based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria to select the the HP positive fertility of women asresearch object, and the detection of normal vaginal microbial flora. Detection indicators, includingcleanliness, candidiasis, trichomoniasis, vaginal pH, flora intensity, flora diversity, dominant bacterianeuraminidase enzymes, leukocyte esterase, the concentration of hydrogen peroxide (H202).2. Selected patients using triple therapy for eradication of HP. Rabeprazole (10mg), amoxicillin (1.0g)twice daily oral levofloxacin (0.5g) once a day orally, shared10days. Prohibit sex life during treatment,prohibition of vaginal lavage prohibited vaginally. During treatment is no longer applied to other drugsthat may affect the vaginal microbial flora. Again after the end of treatment for vaginal microbial floradetected.Results:1. Enrollment and completion of: This study screened total51cases of HP-positive female patients,35patients were excluded for vaginal microbial flora, including7cases of BV,6cases of VVC,3casesofTV,1case of gonorrhea,1case of cilia bacterial vaginosis,18cases of unexplained vaginalmicroflora imbalance.16patients with normal vaginal microflora normal flora as object of observation,15patients completed the whole observation process.1off, due to travel.2. During the treatment of adverse reactions: treatment the first15patients without clinical symptomsgynecological treatment6cases of genital itching, vaginal discharge, was kind of bean dregs (P <0.05).1patient with nonmenstrual vaginal bleeding.(This case the daily oral intake of levofloxacin1.0on sixdays before, the follow-up to every0.5,vaginal bleeding disappeared). Other patients had no obviousdiscomfort.3. Changes vaginal microbial flora: all normal vaginal microbial flora in15patients before treatment,after treatment cases vaginal microbial flora (P <0.05), including5cases of large fungal spores andhyphae;2cases cocci increase（One case was also accompanied with the rise of white blood cellsnumbers, the other case produced the H2O2）.8cases of normal vaginal microflora.4. HP eradication:1to1.5months after the end of treatment review14C breath test, HP negative patients,positive6cases, eradication rate of60%(9/15).Conclusion: It should take measures to prevent vaginal dysbiosis before or after treatment because of thenegative effect of triple therapy for HP eradication.
