The Application Research About Network Medical Health Management In Patients With Coronary Heart Disease After PCI

Objectives:1)Use Network medical to manage the health who accepted PCI,Multifacetedevaluation of the effect of health management,including health-related indicators、Cognitive、Behaviroral changes.To explore the application of network medical in the management ofcoronary heart disease in patients with poset-PCI health.2)Analysis the influence factors whichNetwork Medical in health management after PCI.Provide the basis for the implementation of thenetwork of medical health management for patients with post-PCI.Methods: Using randomized controlled trials,Subjects were selected between January to April of2012,These patients were in the Autonomous Region People’s Hospital Department ofCardiology,accepted coronary heart diease PCI operation.124patients obtain the informationconsents.Using stratified random,To divid into Intervention group(63cases) and Control grouppatients(61cases) by age,The Intervention group received network of medical health managementplatform,the control group received conmentional the way health management.After six months ofhealth management,two groups received 《PCI knowledge life behavior questionnaire》、《lifebehavior questionnaire》、《Medical adherence questionnaire》、《Seattle Angina Scale》,whilerecording objective indicators.Results:（1）Before and after the health management,the intervention group cognitive scorechanges, the behavior score change amount, medication adherence scores change quantity arehigher than the control group(p <0.05)（.2）Two groups compare with the quality of life of limitedphysical activity, stable angina, angina pectoris attacks three dimension value（p＞0.05）;Treatment satisfaction and disease awareness dimension score change values in the two groups(p<0.05)（.3）Compare two groups before and after the intervention, the systolic pressure;Comparedto quit smoking and drinking rates similar between the two groups has no statistical significance(p>0.05); Low density lipoprotein cholesterol (ldl-c), high density lipid egg change value, thedifference was statistically significant (p <0.05).（4）Factors influencing the network medicalhealth management of cognitive scores have cultural degree and income; Factors affectingbehavior intervention group scores are: course; Affect the network medical health management ofpatients medication compliance factors have health care, Affect the network medical healthmanagement of patients survival quality score of the factors are: monthly income, duration, familyhistory.Conclusion:1Network medical health use to manage of PCI postoperative patients has a littlelimited by time and place,，In patients with cognitive level, the condition of life behavior,medication adherence, quality of life and related biochemical indicators is also effectivelyimproved before health management,，Compared with usual mode of health, health managementnetwork in patients with PCI postoperative cognitive level, the condition of life behavior, medication adherence effect is better,，Network medical health management can be used inpatients with coronary artery disease after PCI, the ideal results have been achieved2Influence factors of patients with coronary artery disease after PCI network medical healthmanagement are various,，Tip in patients with coronary artery disease after PCI should be targetedhealth management measures, improve patients cognitive, self-management behavior, medicationcompliance level, delay and control the development of the disease, so as to improve patients’quality of life...
