Object: To explore diversified network medical health management in the application effect of patientswith coronary artery bypass surgery; To analysis the influence factors of application effect; To provide ascientific basis, and to carry out comprehensive health management lay the foundation. Methods: This study adopts the method of clinical randomized controlled trials, to a certain level offirst-class comprehensive hospital in xinjiang for the first time line of patients with coronary artery bypasssurgery in122cases were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. Control group61cases were given regular discharge guidance,3months and6months after discharge disease seminar,24-hour telephone and answering questions; Intervention group61patients in the control group on the basisof the implementation of follow-up telephone and short messaging service alerts, and coronary heartdisease (CHD) the content of the seminar on web browsing for the intervention group patients at thehospital. Patients discharged from hospital after1month,2months,3months,6months follow-up bytelephone, telephone follow-up for8to10minutes each time, time is12:00-13:00; The weekly SMS alertsperiod for10:00-11:00. Two groups of patients before hospital discharge3and6months after hospitaldischarge, respectively, for data collection, comparison of terminal between two groups and two groups ofpatients before and after their disease cognition, self-efficacy and self-management behavior, quality of life, disease the score of each quantitative indicators, the intervention of network health management effectevaluation, and analyzed the influence factors of network health care management intervention methods.Results:1. The intervention group and control group at6months after discharge their own understandingof disease before and after, self-efficacy and self-management behavior, quality of life, the quantitativeindicators are better than the baseline data, and the quantitative index score difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05).2. Between the two groups of disease cognition, self-efficacy, self managementbehavior, quality of life, the evaluation indexes were improved, and the quantitative indicators ofintervention group were superior to control group, treatment index score difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05), other indicators score difference of no statistical significance (P>0.05), but otherindicators score difference d intervention group is significantly greater than the control group.3. Singlefactor variance analysis was carried out on the intervention group, part of the quantitative indicators ofworth points difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), and self-efficacy on different ethnic groups, medical payment differences had statistical significance (P <0.05), and self management behaviour onwhether there are other complications difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), the body is limiteddegree on different bypass vascular number difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), treatmentsatisfaction in different ethnic groups, culture level, smoking, oral medications, medical payment methodson the differences had statistical significance (P <0.05), the degree of disease cognition on the differentpayment methods, other complications difference had statistical significance (P <0.05).4. The use ofmultiple linear regression analysis: other complication is the main influence factors of self managementbehavior, bypass vessels is limited body degree of main influencing factors, oral medications are factors that influence the degree of customer satisfaction with treatment, course of diseases is the main factors thatinfluence the degree of disease cognition.Discussion:1. The network medical health management can improve patients’ disease cognition, improveself-efficacy, constrain self management behavior, improve the quality of survival.2. The effect of thenetwork medical health management is slightly better than the traditional health management. It is suggestin the promotion of health management network at the same time according to the characters of patientswith traditional methods to realize the diversification of health management and personalization.3. Thecourse of the disease, oral medications, and other complications and the number of bypass vessels are theinfluence factors of health management and suggest carrying out health management taking into accountthe above factors, adjust and use diversified way of health management.
