| Object:To analyze and detect the diagnostic significane of the anti-Sa antibody,anti-CCP antibody,GPI antigen and rheumatoid factor in patient with RA.Methods:(1) The methods of Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used todetermine the anti-Sa antibody,anti-CCP antibody,GPI antigen and rheumatoid factor in97RA patientsã€67other autoimmune diseases and49healthy controls from the hospital ofXinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,RF were deteceted by immunoturbidimetric assay.(2)Collect the clinical data and laboratory index of97RA: age of onset, sex, morning stiffness, the pain number of joints, the swell number of joints, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR),C-reactive protein (CRP), antinuclear antibody (ANA) and calculated the DAS28scores.Results:(1) The specificitiy and sensitivity of anti-Sa antibody,anti-CCP antibody,GPI antigen, RF,RF-IgA,RF-IgG, RF-IgM were95.69%and59.79%,98.28%and90.72%,76.14%and78.35%,67.24%and91.75%,89.66%and58.76%,90.52%and68.04%,79.31%and79.38%.(2) In Patient with RA whose RF is negative, the rate of male ofanti-Sa antibody,anti-CCP antibody,GPI antigen were25.0%ã€50.0%ã€50.0%.(3) specificitiyand sensitivity were92.24%-100%and47.42%-86.60%as two index turned out to bepositive;were99.14%-100%and46.39%-71.13%as three index,were100%and46.39%asfour index.(4) The RA patients with anti-Sa were statistically different from the patientswithout this antibody in C-reactive protein.(5) GPI in active RA patients was higher thanstable patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dictation of anti-Sa antibody,anti-CCP,GPI and rheumatoid factor cangreatly improve the specificity for diagnosis of early-stage RA. |
