ObjectiveTo study the rheumatoid factor(RF),anti-cyclic citrullinated antibody(anti-CCP),glucose-6-phosphatase(GPI),anti-RA33 antibody and red blood cell distribution width(RDW-CV)of rheumatoid factor(RF)And to explore its diagnostic value in rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods124 patients diagnosed with RA and 60 patients with other autoimmune diseases and 60 healthy subjects were selected.Immunoturbidimetry and other indicators of the detection of a comprehensive analysis of these indicators of the significance of the diagnosis of RA.ResultsCompared with the healthy control group, the five indexes of RA group increased(P <0.05),and there were two items of auto-immune group increased(P <0.05).Compared with the autoimmune group, all the five indexes of RA group increased(P <0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of RF for the diagnosis of RA were 77.42% and 63.33%.The sensitivity and specificity of anti-CCP for the diagnosis of RA were 69.35% and 95.0% respectively. The detection of GPI antibody alone was sensitive to RA And specificity of 25.80 and 100%.The sensitivity and specificity of anti-RA33 antibody alone in diagnosing RA were 28.22% and 99.16% respectively. With the increase of the combined detection index, the higher the specificity of diagnosis RA,but the sensitivity is gradually reduced. There was a positive correlation between RDW-CV and RF,anti-CCP and GPI in RA patients.ConclusionCombined detection of RF,anti-CCP,anti-RA33 and GPI for RA diagnosis, high sensitivity, contribute to the early diagnosis of RA.RDW-CV may have some clinical value in RA diagnosis and disease activity prediction. |
