An Investigation Of PICC Special Theoretical Training For Nursing Staff KAP And Catheter Status

Objective:To explore the effect of special theoretical training on the knowledgeattitude behavior of nursing staff and complications and puncturatio achievement ratio ofperipherally inserted central catheter (PICC), PICC Nurse Specialist training and ImproveQuality of Care to provide reference. Methods:The140nurses with PICC certificationwere selected to receive special theoretical training. The incidents of PICC the knowledgeattitude behavior of nursing staff and complications and paracentesis achievement ratiobefore and after the special theoretical training were compared received own questionnaire.Results:Before and after the special theoretical training of PICC the knowledge attitudebehavior of nursing staff, complications, paracentesis achievement ratio differences werestatistically significant (P<0.05), The incident of knowledge attitude behavior and practiceof nursing staff were higher after the training than before(P<0.05),Results The incidentsof PICC paracentesis achievement ratio and complications before and after the specialtheoretical training were by75.41%rise to95.08%and by48.36%to lower9.84%PICCcatheter indwelling time extended to148.66±33.038days. Conclusion:(1)Specialtheoretical training not only can improve state of knowledge and operant level NursingStaff, but also to make change True attitude and positive Behavioral, thereby, moreenergetic, planning and purpose of Nursing services improve quality of care(2)nursingstaff strict normalization flowsheet operate and health education to after Specialtheoretical trainingto improve comfort levelof patient reduce PICC complications. torealize picc essentiality improve quality of care gratification (3)intendant strengthen piccimplemented and training dynamics adopt diversification and direction training method,optimize training flowsheet and content, nursing resource,to urge picc clinicalapplication,to improve Quality of Care and safeness.
