Objective:To identify relationship between vitamin D,fibrinogen and high bloodpressure. Methods: From Oct.2010to Oct.2012, compare to that of326cases of patientswith hypertension group and208healthy roup, determination FB, vitamin D and thenumber of white blood cells by statistics method, hypertension group and the hypertensiongroup three differences, to research hypertension group vitamin D and fibrinogencorrelation. Results: To study healthy group and hypertension group, vitamin D havestatistical significance (P≤0.05). To compare between hypertension group and healthygroup about vitamin D, fibrinogen, white blood cell number, lymphocytes, neutrophils, blood fat, exist of exist difference Statistically significant(P≤0.05). to analysis the multiplefactors regression, for hypertension, vitamin D is protective factor (B value=-0.186, ORvalue=0.83,95%CI0.795-0.869). For hypertension, neutrophils, fibrinogen, low densitylipoprotein are risk factors,(B value were0.761,0.173,0.924, OR value were2.141,1.189,2.519,95%CI1.445-3.1731,1.14-1.908,1.78-3.51).hypertension group vitamin D and FBhave negative correlation.(r=-0.152,P=0.011). Conclusion: Between healthy group andhypertension group of vitamin D and fibrinogen is difference. For hypertension vitamin Dis protective factor. neutrophils, fibrinogen, low density lipoprotein are risk factors. findout vitamin D and fibrinogen have negative correlation in the hypertension.
