Object:To study the prognostic factors and survival about the patients with primarybiliary cirrhosis (PBC).Menthods:The clinical data of151PBC patients admited to our hospital from January2007to may2011were analyzed Retrospectively. Recorded age, gender, liver function, blood lipid and other20indicators, using SPSS16.0software based on the database, lifetable method for calculation of survival,Kaplain-Meier method and Log-Rank test forpossible factors affecting the prognosis of single factor analysis,The ingdicators withsignificance by univariate analysis were introduced into COX model for multivariateanalysis. Results:The overall1-year survival rate was93%,The overall2-year survival rate was91%,The overall5-year survival rate was89%,Univariate analysis showed that theage, prothrombin time, activity total bilirubin, serum albumin, blood sodium, low densitylipoprotein cholesterol (ldl-c),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(hdl-c),r-glutamyltranspeptidase ascites and varicosity were correalate with prognosis ofPBC(P<0.05).Multiariate analysis showes that prothrombin time, total bilirubin, serumalbumin, blood sodium were significantly correlated with prognosis of PBC (P<0.05).Conclusion:Prothrombin time, total bilirubin, serum albumin, blood sodium weresignificantly correlated with prognosis of PBC.
