Curative Effect Observation Of ZiGongDing For Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia Ⅰ

Objective:To observe the Curative effection of ZiGongDing For Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia I. Methods:Selected80patients in xinjiang uygur autonomous region hospital of traditional Chinese medicine gynecology outpatient and ward who were diagnosised as Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia I meanwhile belongs to the downward drive of damp-heat of TCM syndrome from January2010-December2011.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group were treated by ZiGongDing, each five days. The control group were treated by GongJingYanKangShuang alternate days a time. Both the treatment group and the control group were treated three months. Before and after treatment, all the patients were scored for clinical syndrome, and done the Thinprep cytologic test by electronic colposcope. Results:1. ZiGongDing group treated with CIN I patients, Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia I78.95%reversed, and Gongjingyankang suppository group,43.24%of the patients with Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia I of reversal, between the negative rate was statistically significant (P<0.05)。2ZiGongDing group and Gongjingyankang suppository in the treatment of Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia I therapy after syndrome integral comparison of no statistical significance (P>0.05)。3ZiGongDing group and Gongjingyankang suppository in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on individual symptom scores were lower。 In the treatment group on the leucorrhea symptomatic treatment effect is better than that of control group (P<0.05)。4ZiGongDing group and Gongjingyankang suppository in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia type after treatment, two groups of patients with vaginal cleanliness are improved, but there was no statistical significance (P>0.05)。 Conclusion:1.ZiGongDing in treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia I is effective,especially in the combination of leucorrhea effect is more obvious.2.The possible mechanism of ZiGongDing is:the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory reducing risk factors; corrosion damage of cervical transformation zone, so that the local cervical epithelial shedding; promote cervical epithelial tissue repaired rapidly, making it to the transformation of normal cells.3.ZiGongDing compatibility with reasonable structure, theory and practice of legislative basis sufficient, clinical medication safety, the Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia I is a suitable function, with further research value.
