It makes possible to improve and innovate the original process by learning from developed industrial business process reengineering theory and practical experience, combined with the hospital information technology.In recent years, with the fierce competition in the health care market and the accelerating of the health care reforming, public hospitals need to abandon traditional business-centric process model and change into patient-centric processes. Through questionnaires, interviews, we analysis the main problems existing in a secondary level hospital outpatient transfusion room process. According to the problems found, in accordance with business process reengineering methods and steps, withthe information technology support, through the implementation of "One Card" account management, self-service payment, liquid center, increasing appointment infusion, we reengineer the process of the infusion room. We shorten the patient’s waiting time of paying, taking medicine and pricing; protect the patient’s medical security; improve the patient’s satisfaction; improve the efficiency of the medical staff; save the cost; fully embodies the service concepf" taking the patient as the center", and construct a set of scientific, fine, specialized transfusion room process.
