Objective:1.Making the orthopedic nurses’ rehabilitation-nursing-behavior intention evaluationscale with good reliability and validity to provide a useful tool for the evaluation ofrehabilitation-nursing-behavior intention.2.To testify the planning behavior theory whether can effectively predict therehabilitation nursing behavior intention of the orthopaedic nurses.Methods:1.Base on the theory of planned behavior and the rehabilitation nursing behaviortheory, the theoretical model of rehabilitation nursing behavior intention scale hasbeen set up and the expertise consulting and nurse interview outline has beenestablished. After consulting10senior experts in the fields of nursing, medical, psychology, social health statistical respectively2times and interviewing20orthopaedic nurses the contents of the rehabilitation nursing behavior intention andthe primary inventory items were made. Then the“initial questionnaire of behavioralintention in rehabilitation nursing” with52items were formed through modifyingand screening the primary items.2.For further screening each questionnaire items and preliminarily explore thepotential structure of the scale,236orthopaedic nurses were randomly selected in thesample way from Changsha, Hengyang, and Yongzhou for the initial questionnaireinvestigation, exploratory factors analysis were undertaken by using SPSS13.0software. The “experimental questionnaire of rehabilitation nursing behaviorintention” with48items were formed after eliminating items the lording lower(<0.4)in statistics.3. Formal test were undertaken among the above cities to chose528orthopaedicnurses by the method of cluster sampling. The tests included "general demographicinformation questionnaire" and the "rehabilitation nursing behavior intention questionnaire trial". Each test was carried out by trained orthopaedic nurses with highqualification, using the same scales and tools.SPSS13.0was used for statisticalanalysis.Results:1.Through the procedures of entries data making and screening,52entries of"rehabilitation nursing behavior intention initial questionnaire" were formed.2.Through analysis to the test data of the initial questionnaire to236orthopaedicnurses, And the exploratory factor analysis were carried, eliminating the the itemswhich lording lower than0.40subsequently,48items of "rehabilitation nursingbehavior intention questionnaire trial" were formed..3.Finally the "rehabilitation nursing behavior intention questionnaire" by structured4fields,6aspects and44entries were formed after the project analysis, exploratoryfactors analysis, confirmatory factors analysis, reliability and validity test to the testresults of the528orthopaedic nurses "rehabilitation nursing behavior intentionquestionnaire".Questionnaire homogeneity reliability (cronbach’s alphacoeffieient),cronbach’s alpha coefficient was0.951,1to6factors of cronbach’s alphacoefficient was0.740,0.930,0.911,0.897,0.935and0.780respectively.Guttmanhalf-split reliability was0.845,1to6were0.752,0.823,0.781,0.702,0.810and0.920.63of them were retested after half month using the same questionnaire. The totalretest correlation coefficient is0.833,1to6factors retest correlation coefficient were0.732,0.828,0.780,0.782,0.830and0.721respectivly.The cumulated variancecontribution ratio of six common factors extracting from the exploring factor analysiswas61.605%, most of the common variance index were good, the most close to ormore than60%, It shows the six common factors has better reflect the maininformation of each item. The confirmatory factor analysis model reach therequirement. The questionnaire value of CMIN/DF is2.993(<3), RMSEA is0.072(<0.1), CFI, NFI etc. fitting index are above0.90. The path graph shows that betweenlatent variables and the corresponding observed variables, as well as among all thelatent variables have load and relevant. It means that the model has good fitting effect. In a word, the questionnaire reliability and validity all reached a good level.4.The significant differences analysis found out that the scores between the hospitalsin different level and working years involved in orthopaedic have differences.Thehigher level hospital and more working years involved in orthopaedic has higher scorewhich has statistics meaning. Conclusion:1.The completed "rehabilitation nursing behavior intention questionnaire" throughitems and factors analysis proved that the scale structure is reasonable and it has ahigher level of reliability and validity, and can provides a useful tool for theevaluation of orthopaedic Nurses’ rehabilitation nursing behavior intention.2.It verify the behavior theory can effectively forecast the orthopedic rehabilitationnursing behavior intention., there are three prediction variables In the orthopaedicrehabilitation nursing behavioral intention model: attitude, subjective norm, andcontrol.
