ObjectiveQuantitative analysis of hepatocellular carcinoma (PHC)with multiple b values of DWI,the ADC values are changed after Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE),and to explore evaluation by the values of ADC.Materials and methodsThere were78PHC patients after TACE.which including53males and25females.26-70years old, the mean age is45years.55lesions after enroll screened. they are in accord with clinical diagnostic criteria for PHC by the test.such as:pathologically puncture.clinical history, signs, AFP, DSA, CT or MRI.All patients review of MRI twice with MRI and enhanced and DWI.B values take five groups,0-500.0-600,0-700,0-800,0-1000s/mm2.(Ⅰ:Overall preoperative tumor lesions. Ila: postoperative residual tissue,Ⅱb:recurrence organizations, Ⅱc:necrotic tissue,Ⅱ: overall postoperative tumor lesions).①Measure multiple b values ADC values before surgery, the whole lesion ADC values;②Observe the DWI performance of multiple b values, to get better b values by mass spectrometry;③Compare with different imaging results and measure ADC values in different components of the lesion in preferred group of b values ADC maps.Results①Postoperative lesion of average ADC values in Five b values DWI are increased, there are statistically significant between the two;②b=600s/mm2is the highest total score after analysis five image quality, the image is more appropriate;③take b=600s/mm2, quantitative preoperative and postoperative mean ADC value of each component lesions, where the highest ADC values is postoperative necrosis,There were significant differences between with the rest of the organization(P<0.05); preoperative and postoperative residual tumor tissue showed no significant difference between the two; there are differences between recurrence organization,preoperative tumor tissue and postoperative residual tissue.Conclusion①It is sensitive for DWI to show lesions, by observing the five different b values image, b=600s/mm2is more appropriate;②b=600s/mm2, ADC values is highest in postoperative necrosis,it could be used to evaluate the effect of TACE treatment.
