Objective: To establish an animal model of lung cancer, on the3rd partyapplication solution’s lung of the model treatment intervention, by observing thedifferent mice treated with the MMP-9expression of, TUM2-PK index, and itsinhibition rate and survival status (body weight, feed consumption, and general), toprovide a theoretical basis for the deepening of the clinical research and applications ofthe lung Three square.Methods: Copy the lung model of C57BL/6J inbred mice40, the mice wererandomly divided into model group, Xie’s lung cancer prescription group3, white lotusthe XAP soup group, the cisplatin group (n=10). Model group: intraperitoneal injectionof saline; Xie’s lung cancer prescription group3: fed Xie’s lung cancer III side; theBailian XAP Soup Group: gavage of Bailian eliminate cancer Tang; cisplatin group:intraperitoneal injection of cisplatin. Mice were observed in the course of the disease inthe general state of change. Once a day for14days.15days mice were sacrificed andrat eyes blood, extract the serum to remove the tumor inhibitory rate was calculated.Double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) determinationof serum MMP-9, TUM2-PK.Results:Compared with model group, the tumor inhibition rate was significant,while the inhibition rate of the solution’s lung cancer III side group was significantlyhigher than other groups. The solution’s lung decoction group3body weight of micewas significantly greater than the model group, the White Lotus group andchemotherapy group, the difference was significant by statistical analysis. Xie’s lungcancer prescription group3, White Lotus group, cisplatin and serum MMP-9content, and TUM2-PK content was significantly lower than the model group were significantlydifferent (P <0.05), after statistical processing; Xie’s lung side serum MMP-9contentand TUM2-PK levels were lower than the White Lotus group and cisplatin group weresignificantly different, after statistical processing.(P <0.05))Conclusion: Under the experimental conditions, confirmed that the regulation ofMMP-9and TUM2-PK to produce the regulation of tumor immunity is one of themolecular mechanisms of lung cancer III side of the Xie’s anti-tumor. Xie’s lung cancerThree parties can significantly improve the quality of survival of tumor-bearing mice.
