Objective: To research the XieShi anti-lung cancer II's decoction of Chinese medicine of the treatment of lung cancer with pleural effusion mechanism.Methods: According to the conventional method of cell passage subcultured LLC cells. Preparation of tumor cell suspension. The experimental mice fixed on the operating table, disinfecting the skin, cut with surgical scissors left the fifth intercostal space near the fur to reveal a diameter of about 2.5mm intercostal muscles. Inject the 0.1ml suspension of tumor cells to axillary line along the left fifth intercostal space with 15°oblique angle into the pleural cavity. Then Pull out the needle. Skin disinfection. There are 40 modeling mice in total. Divided into A, B, C, D four groups of 10 each at Random. A group: the first 5 days after model, intraperitoneal injection NS 0.6ml, 1 times / day for 10 days; B group: the first 5 days after model, fed with the XieShi anti-lung cancer II's decoction of Chinese medicine solution 0.9mL, 1 times / day for 10 days; C group: 5 days after modeling, fed with Fuzheng-ruanjian decoction 0.9mL, 1 times / day for 10 days; D Group: 5 days after modeling, 0.012ml / intraperitoneal injection of only 5 a course of treatment, 7 days after the start the next course of treatment. All mice were sacrificed on the 15th day. Extract mice eye arterial blood to prepare of serum. Using ELISA method to detect the serum IL-2 and IFN-γlevels. Observe Lung disease in mice in the course of changes in the status.Results:1 B, C group, D serum IL-2 were significantly higher than that of A group, the statistically differ (P <0.05); B serum IL-2 was higher than C group and D group, the statistically differences (P <0.05) . 2 B group, C group, D serum IFN-γwere significantly higher than the A group, the statistically differ (P <0.05); B serum levels of IFN-γwere higher than C and D, were statistically dealing with differences (P <0.05) .Conclusion: Comprehensive experimental results of each index point of view, it can be concluded, the solution's regulation of the XieShi anti-lung cancer II's decoction of Chinese medicine and the content of IFN-γexert its antitumor mechanism.
