Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of the fragmented QRS complex(fQRS) and number of its leads and Tpeak-Tend interval with ICD patients. Methods: We collected28cases of ICD patients hospitalized in the First AffiliatedHospital of Dalian Medical University during October2008to December2011,Selection of the same age group underwent radiofrequency catheter ablation inpatients with25cases as the control group. To study the fQRS complexes ofelectrocardiograms and number of its leads between two different groups. To compareTp-te interval and Tp-te interval dispersion between two different groups. To observe therelationship between the fQRS complexes and Tp-te interval..Results: The incidence of the fQRS complexs was higher in the ICD group thanthe control group. The Tp-te interval and Tp-te interval dispersion were significantlylarger in the ICD group than the control group. Conclusion: fQRS and Tp-te may be used as indicators of malignant ventriculararrhythmias. |
