Objective: 1.To observe the variance of the deceleration capacity of rate(hereinafter referred to as DC) and the Tpeak-Tend interval/QT interval(hereinafter referred to as Tp Te/QT) during acute stage and restoration stage of myocardial infarction; 2.To analyze the associativity between DC and Tp Te/QT in acute myocardial infarction patients; 3.To observe the difference of DC and Tp Te/QT between ventricular arrhythmias group and non ventricular arrhythmias group after myocardial infarction, and investigate the value of DC and Tp Te/QT predicting arrhythmias; 4.To observe difference and variance of DC and Tp Te/QT in the patients of different myocardial infarction type(ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction and no ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction), and different diseased vessel numbers of coronary artery. Methods: The 124 AMI patients were selected in Ningbo First Hospital Cardic Medical Department from July 2013 to November 2014. The dynamic electrocardiogram and the routine electrocardiogram(18 lead electrocardiogram examination should be suggested if necessary) were carried out in 10 days and 3 months after myocardial infarction. The value of DC and Tp Te/QT were calculated and recorded as DC1、 DC2、 Tp Te/QT1 and Tp Te/QT2 respectively. The results were analysised according to the objective of our experiment. Results: 1.The DC were 5.69 ± 2.22 vs 6.13 ± 2.01 at the acute stage of myocardial infarction(10 days after MI attack) vs restoration stage(3 months after MI attack), and the Tp Te/QT were 0.267 ± 0.032 vs 0.255 ± 0.029 respectively. According to matched-pairs t test analysis, the difference of the above datas had statistical significance(P<0.01); 2.After acute myocardial infarction, the littler DC means the more Tp Te/QT. The correlation coefficient r between DC and Tp Te/QT were-0.715 and-0.755 during acute stage and restoration stage respectively, testified it was negatively correlated by hypothesis. The regression equation were Y=19.082- 50.052 X and Y=19.4- 52.153X; 3.The DC1 and Tp Te/QT1 in ventricular arrhythmias group was 4.64±1.80 and 0.286±0.030 respectively, compared with 5.93 ± 2.24 and 0.263 ± 0.030 in non ventricular arrhythmias group. The two independent samples t test analysis confirmed the difference had statistical significance(P<0.01). 4.The variance of DC and Tp Te/QT, between different types of myocardial infarction and different diseased vessel numbers of coronary artery, had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conlusion: 1.Compared with acute stage, the DC increased during restoration stage of myocardial infarction, suggesting that the vagus nerve function had enhanced. 2.Compared with acute stage, the Tp Te/QT decreased during restoration stage of myocardial infarction, suggesting the transmural dispersion of repolarization had decreased gradually. 3.The DC and the Tp Te/QT had notable negative correlation among the acute myocardial infarction patients. The two indexes formed the complementation in prediction of cardiovascular events, that may identify those myocardial infarction patients who were in high risk level more accurate. 4.To a certain extent, the DC and Tp Te/QT could predicte the occurrence of ventricular arrhythmias after myocardial infarction. The less of DC or more of Tp Te/QT means the higher risk of malignant arrhythmia. 5.There’s no variance of DC and Tp Te/QT between different types of myocardial infarction and different diseased vessel numbers of coronary artery, suggesting they had equal risk stratified significance in different MI type, and had no value on prediction of diseased coronary artery vessel numbers.
