[Objective] To investigate biliary acute pancreatitis patients with liver function damage and discuss clinical significance.[Method] On the basis of retrospectively analysis of the clinical data of216patients with acute pancreatitis in our hospital in recent2years.The data were divided into two groups:biliary acute pancreatitis (BAP) group and non-biliary acute pancreatitis (NBAP) group. Compare the clinical data of2groups and discuss the mechanism of pathological lesion.[Result]1. No significant difference between two groups in ages, incharge time and serum Ca (24and48hours) in BAP and NBAP groups (P>0.05), serum WBC, BUN, HCT (24and48hours) in BAP group elevate more obviously than NBAP group (P<0.01);2. No significant difference between two groups in serum IBIL (24hours) in two groups (P>0.05), serum ALT, AST, GGT, ALP, TBIL, DBIL and LDH (24and48hours) in BAP group increase more obviously than NBAP group (P<0.01);3. Serum TBIL, IBIL, DBIL, ALP (from24to48hours) in BAP group show ascending trend apparently than NBAP group; serum Ca, HCT, GGT, AST and ALT (from24to48hours) in BAP group show descending trend apparently than NBAP group.[Conclusion]1. BAP group has more severe liver function damage than NBAP group;2. Within24h of onset, ALT and AST can be used as early and reliable diagnostic indicator of the BAP.
