Research PurposeThe hospital scientific research input-output analysis, scientific research performance evaluation is a judgment hospital scientific research level and efficiency is the important content of improving, but also many scientific research management workers pay attention to and continuous exploration, the pursuit of the important topic. Based on the main hospital department of scientific research current situation analysis and performance evaluation, we can analyze the obstacles and lag hospital department scientific research level of the reasons, and puts forward some constructive solutions.Research ObjectIn this study a three level of first-class hospital of Shan xi Province from2007to2011, the scientific research department and construction within the hospital medical staff as the research object, from take scientific project, obtain scientific research funds, scientific and technological achievements, and has published research papers, published academic works and training following graduate students, innovative patented invention, etc, collecting data by constructing medical scientific performance evaluation system, the angles of the hospital scientific research evaluation, in addition to the medical workers in Shan xi Province awareness survey, a three level of first-class hospital scientific research in the construction of the problems are analyzed, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. Research MethodsThe questionnaire has formed, counted the department in2007to2011years of scientific research data. First to statistics personnel statistics before training, to prevent wrong fill; Then on the basis of the basic points, weight and number of entry, integrated calculate score;Finally using SPSS13.0statistical software for data analysis, statistics method is descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. To the medical workers awareness survey, data statistics method is mainly to chi-square test,using SPSS13.0statistical analysis.Research ResultsAccording to the input, output and performance score, calculate the comprehensive ranking, that each department annual scientific research investment and scientific research output correlation coefficient r for0.600(P<0.05), are positively correlated. Each department annual project funds and scientific research output correlation coefficient r for0.693(P<0.05), are positively correlated. Between the total scores of scientific research output and input is not statistically significant (p>0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis, only output ranking and overall rankings have correlation (p<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis, the influence of input variable is the scientific research achievements and human resources (namely train the number of doctor and master), the influence of scientific research output variable is scientific research funds. For questionnaire of medical personnel, the statistical results showed that investigators have different titles people to "scientific research to promote the personal health care improve" identities have difference (P<0.05), in the "scientific development limited reason", higher vocational personnel’s identities are mainly concentrated in the "scientific research investment is not enough" and "lack of research facilities, secondary vocational personnel’s identities are mainly concentrated in the" lack of research facilities", initial position personnel identities is mainly concentrated in the" scientific research facilities lack of ". Higher vocational, secondary, and early employees engaged in scientific research activities have significant difference (P<0.05), the research is mainly composed of higher vocational personnel. Higher vocational education, secondary vocational and initial position personnel to hospital early understanding of the system are also significant differences (P<0.05).Research ConclusionThe hospital scientific research strength is abundant, department degree level is higher, a lot of doctors have abundant clinical experience, but obvious differences between departments. Some departments have higher scientific research input,such as investment funds and the scientific research project, and the research output rate is low, some departments have lower scientific research input, such as investment funds and the scientific research project, and have higher scientific research output rate. Everyone to the "scientific research to promote the hospital development" identities is not very high. Hindering the development of hospital scientific research are the main reasons concentrated in "scientific research investment is not enough" and "scientific research facilities lack of". Higher vocational, secondary, and early employees think that hospital takes hospital scientific research seriously.Most of the medical staff think hospital scientific research funds in the investment is not enough; Scientific research activities do not have universality, part of secondary vocational personnel and most of the people have no chance to participate in scientific research activities. Hospital scientific research management is not enough; Scientific and technological personnel, especially, as at the beginning of the scientific research personnel participation is not strong, lacking of enthusiasm to carry out research activities.Suggestions:(1) Implementation of supporting measures to promote key discipline, protect the weak subject.(2) Pay attention to the high level talents, promote the scientific research personnel echelon construction.(3) Increase the scientific research investment.(4) We will continue to improve the science and technology reward system, effectively improve the scientific research personnel’s study enthusiasm.(5) Pay attention to the role of the society, to strengthen scientific and technological cooperation and communication.
