Objective:Through clinical observation of60cases of allergic purpura nephritis patients, analysis of the efficacy of the treatment groups were compared with the control group, symptom scores, to explore the role of Chinese medicine in the the HSPN treatment process, to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of adult HSPN.Research Methods:Observed object is selected in the period from June2011to March2013in the Hospital of Hubei Province renal medicine inpatient and outpatient cases60cases meet the income conditions, including renal biopsy medical records of26cases, the total number of cases43.3%.60patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group were to be western medicine treatment group in Western medicine treatment on the basis of the control group, with reference to Chinese medical science common treatment guidelines TCM standards, be dialectical Chinese medicine treatment. The study lasted six months, to observe the effect of two groups of patients, symptom scores and safety.Rssult: 1. In the consolidated efficacy:treatment group,16cases markedly effective in12cases,2cases, the total effective rate was93.3%. The control group is effective in the treatment group,12cases markedly effective in11cases,7cases, total effective rate was76.6%, the effect of the treatment group than the control group (p=0.0365<0.05).2. Improvement in symptom scores:before treatment, there was no significant difference (p=0.895); treatment in January, two groups of Chinese medicine symptom improvement between the two groups was no significant difference (P>0.05);3months of treatment between the two groups, there are differences (p<0.05), improved treatment group TCM symptoms than the control group; treatment for6months, the two groups there is a significant difference (P<0.01) between the two groups, TCM symptoms in the treatment group improved significantly better than the control group.3.
