Chinese Medicine Clinical Application And Analysis Of Purpura Nephritis In Children

Objectives:Through a retrospective review methods,probe the Chinese medicine treatment of purpura nephritis in children with the characteristics and law of medication,and preliminary study the pathogenesis characteristics from the point of incidence of drug use characteristics.Wish to contribute to the clinical syndrome differentiation.Methods: Collect clinical cases and literature in recent ten years,use the SPSS17.0 statistical soft ware to carry out the frenquency analysis,summay and analyse the Chinese medicine application feature of purpura nephritis in children,and preliminary study the pathogenesis characteristics from the point of incidence of drug use characteristics.Results:1.Clinical research:In all the recipe in treating the children with purpura nephritis,types of drugs most frenquently used are heat-clearing drugs,tonic drugs,bleeding-checking drugs,diuresis-inducing and dampness-draining drugs, blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs and exterior-releasing drugs.2. Literatrature research:In all the recipe in treating the children with purpura nephritis,types of drugs most frenquently used are heat-clearing drugs,bleeding-checking drugs,tonic drugs,blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs,exterior-releasing drugs and diuresis-inducing and dampness-draining drugs.Conclusion:The results basically reflects the application of the drug law in the Chinese children with purpura nephritis,according with the clinical reality,and prompt the pathogenesis of the purpura nephritis in children,which is wind,heat,toxin,dampness,stasis and feeble.
