Objective:To study the speices and population of intestinal flora in ulcerative colitis casesand some inflammation factors actions find pathogeny and treatment methods.Methods:1. Experimental group and cases selectionExperiment was divided into two groups, UC group and control group. UC groupselected20cases with man9and woman11, aged from14to67years old. Clinicalmanifestations were persistent or recurrent episodes of diarrhea, mucus, pus and bloodstool with abdominal pain, tenesmus, and varying degrees of systemic symptoms. Thecourse of disease is more than4-6weeks. The auxiliary examination mainly iscolonoscopy examination.Health control group selected20cases, aged from22to65years old, confirmedthe healthy by clinical examination, with no bowel disease, and not taking anyantibiotics within3months.2. Intestinal flora methodsThe species and population of Intestinal flora was used traditional culturemethods.3. ElISA method was used to examine for IL-6,TNF-α,IL-10,IL-4at blood in twogroups.Results:1.Compared with the control group, species of intestinal flora bacteria in the UCgroup was decreased in particular, Enterococcus, Streptococcus,Peptococcus.2.Compared with the control group, the population of Bifidobacterium.Lactobacillus Veillonella in the UC group was significantly decreased (P<0.05). 3.Compared with the control group, the population of EenterobacteriaceaeBacteroides. Fusobacterium in the UC group was significantly increased, that ofStreptococcus and yeast was unchange (P<0.05).4.Compared with the control group, the blood’s IL-6in the UC group is highabout307.16±39.21ng/L (P<0.01).5. Compared with the control group, the blood’s TNF-α in the UC group is highabout710.14±30.34ng/L (P<0.01).6. Compared with the control group, the blood’s IL-10in the UC group is lowabout4.21±1.23ng/L (P<0.01).7. Compared with the control group, the blood’s IL-4in the UC group is lowabout7.32±2.51ng/L (P<0.01).Conclusion:1. The speices and population of intestinal flora in ulcerative colitis cases decrease, its construct is damaged.2. The level of pro-inflammation factors is high and the level of anti-inflammationfactors is low. The balance of immunology is damaged.
