Surgical Ablation For Atrial Fibrillation Analyze The Long-term Outcomeand The Related Factors

Objective：Evaluation on the long curative effect of patients who have heartsurgery and merger atrial fibrillation, do the Af ablation in the heart operation, andanalyze the related factors.Methods：From April2004to May2012,the patients who have heart surgerytesting and merger atrial fibrillation in Dalian medical university affiliated NO1hospitaldo the af ablation containing pulmonary vein，left atrial posterior wall and the left andright the ministry of housing gap in the heart operation using the IBI-1500T cardiacablation generator and the Biosense Webster Thermo-cool7F.when leaving hospital,review of the ECG statistics found sinus rhythm. Long-term follow-up by telephone andclinical statistics found sinus rhythm. Analyze the related factors.Result：Among342patients，with male162，female180. The age ranges from18to83, average （56.96±9.46）. All the patients include MVR209，MVR+AVR79，Asds suture19, MVP14,Heart benign tumor enucleation7，AVR6, MVR+Asds suture3, MVP+Asds suture1, MVR+CAGB1, Avds suture1， Three room heartcorrection+Avsd suture1，Tricuspid move down deformity correction+Asds suture1.When leaving hospital there are163patients whomaintain sinus rhythm at47.7%.Long-term follow-up253patients, missing89patients，152patients maintain sinusrhythm，at60%，no death, no head stroke，3patients got ⅢAVB,3patients gotparoxysmal room speed，3patients AF. Analyze the related factors and found the sizeof the left atrium before the operation is connected with sinus rhythm through thelogistic. Through the depth study the small size of left atrium (≤55) got the high rate ofsinus rhythm. Conclusion：Doing the Af ablation in the heart operation using the IBI-1500Tcardiac ablation generator and the Biosense Webster Thermo-cool7F is easier, safety，economic and convenient than COX-III，and the size of the left atrium before theoperation influence success and failures...
