Objectives:The objective of this study was to analyze the lipid levels changes andits associated factors, such as age, sex, body mass index(BMI),waist circumference(WC),fasting blood glucose(FBG),uric acid(UA),from the year of2009to2011in ourhospital physical examination of698physical examinees. Methods:The material for the retrospective self study,selected698persons fromthe year of2009to2011for3consecutive years in our hospital as the research objects, excluding the people who were taking drugs for regulating the blood lipid and who werehaving Kidney disease, liver disease, gout, or thyroid dysfunction. All participantscompleted a uniform questionnaire. Each one had a physical examination includingmeasurement of body height, body weight, waist circumference, and calculate BMI.Thefasting blood samples were collected to determine total cholesterol(TC), low densitylipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), triglycerides(TG), high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),FBG and UA. According to the age in2011,10years for a paragraph, participants weredivided into1~7groups,to see the general conditions and clinical datas in the differentage groups,to know the changes of the lipid levels from2009to2011in different agegroups and the lipid levels of gender differences;According to BMI and WC,participants were divided into the non-fat group, the overweight/obesity group and theabdominal obesity group,to undersand the differences of the blood lipid levels betweeneach groups;According to the levels of FBG and if had diabetes in2011,participantswere divided into the normal fasting blood glucose group, the impaired fasting glucosegroup and the diabetes mellitus group,to see the differences of the blood lipid levelsbetween each groups; According to the quarterback levels of UA,participants weredivided into I~IV groups,to analyse the differences of the blood lipid levels betweeneach groups.Comparisons between the groups were performed by One-Way ANOVA or nonparametric test, the correlation between the blood lipid levels and associated factorswere investigated by the Pearson correlation analysis. There were statisticallysignificant differences between the groups(p<0.05or p<0.01).Results:1.From the year of2009to2011,the levels of TC were significantlyincreased in40~49years old, and in50~69years old reached to the higher levels.Thelevels of HDL-C were significantly declined in50~59years old.The levels of TG andLDL-C had no obvious changes.2.After50years old, the levels of TC, LDL-C,HDL-C in female were higher thanmales in the same age group, between men and women the level of TC had significantdifferences in60~79years old.The levels of HDL-C and LDL-C had significantdifferences in50~79years old. The levels of TG in men were higher than women before60years old, after the age of60,in females were higher than males. The levels of TG hadsignificant differences in30~49years between men and women.3.The levels of TG were positively correlated to BMI,WC.The levels of TC、HDL、LDL were not correlated to BMI,WC,but the levels of TC and LDL-C in the abdominalobesity group were higher than the overweight/obesity group, there were statisticallysignificant differences,p<0.05.HDL-C in the non-fat group were higher than theoverweight/obesity group, there were statistically significant differences,p<0.05.HDL-C in the abdominal obesity group were higher than the overweight/obesity group, there were statistically significant differences,p<0.01.4.The levels of TC、LDL-C、TG、HDL-C were positively correlated to FBG.5.The levels of TG were positively correlated to UA. The levels of TC、LDL-C、HDL-C were not correlated to UA, the levels of UA in group II were higher than that ingroup IV with quartile deviation, there were statistically significant difference,p<0.01.Conclusion:1.In3years,the levels of TC increased significantly in40~49yearsold, in50~69years old reached the higher levels. The levels of HDL-C had significantdecline in50~59years old.2.The Lipid levels existed gender difference. The levels of TC had significantdifference in60~79years old, females’ were higher than males’.LDL-C and HDL-C hadsignificant difference in50~79years,females’ were higher than males’.TG hadsignificant difference in30~49years old, males’ were higher than females’.3.The levels of TC,LDL-C,HDL-C were positively correlated to FBG.TG waspositively correlated to BMI,WC,UA,FBG.
