Purpose: Type hot and damp stasis poison locally advanced cervical cancer chemoradiation joint Java brucea fruit oil soft capsule of traditional Chinese medicine clinical curative effect.Material and method:Collection hot and damp stasis drugs in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer 86 cases, were divided into treatment group(42 cases) and control group(44 cases).The control group with chemoradiation therapy and the treatment group on the basis of the control group with Chemoradiation therapy to give oral Java brucea fruit oil soft capsule.Results:1.The clinical remission rate in treatment group(80.95%) was slightly higher than the control group(70.45%)(p > 0.05), there was no statistically significant difference.2. The degree of white blood cells decline, gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain diarrhea(p ﹤ 0.05)of the treatment group compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant.3. T cell subgroup and NK cell levels of the treatment group are higher than the control group(p ﹤ 0.05), the difference was statistically significant.4.The incidence of hepatic and damage skin of the treatment group compared with the control group no significant difference(p > 0.05), there was no statistically significant difference.Conclusion:1.Java brucea fruit oil soft capsule of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) can improve the hot and damp stasis drugs in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer in the clinical treatment effect in the process of radiation and chemotherapy.2. Java brucea fruit oil soft capsule can improve the white blood cells decline, adverse reactions such as nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain diarrhea, increase the body’s immune function.3.Java brucea fruit oil soft capsule had no effect on skin lesions caused by radiation and chemotherapy.4.Java brucea fruit oil soft capsule hepatic injury caused by radiation and chemotherapy had no obvious effect.
