Objective:To explore the relationship between metabolic disorders and abnormalelectrocardiogram. Methods: Using cross-sectional study,select2994hypertensive patients in25community health service institutions. Using unified questionnaire to questionnaire survey;doing physical examation and blood pressure with standard methords; measuring glucose, lipids et al with automatic biochemical analyzer;Using portable electrocardiogram machine topeople in the community Results: Total survey2994cases,38.4%for male and61.6%forfemale. The age is57.80±8.29. The rate of obesity is57.7%,hyperglycemia is48.8%,dyslipidemia is57.1,smoking is14.0%and drinking is11.7%,.The rate of ECGabnormality was15.2%. The age,BMI,DBP,glucose and obesity rates of ECG abnormalitiespeople are higher than people whose ECG is normal(P<0.05). The rate of ECG abnormality inthe over the age of60was significantly higher than it in the under the age of60(21.1%VS14.2%)(P<0.05). SBP,TC,glucose and the rate of hyperglycemia among people who is olderthan60are higher than who is yonger than60,and DBP,triglycerides, rate of positive familyhistory of CAD,rate of smoking and drinking are lower than who is yonger than60.(P<0.05)In the number of metabolic disorders, hypertension combined with one metabolicdisorder has a large proportion(39.1%).In the type of metabolic disorders, obesity, dyslipidemia combined with hypertension has a large proportion(22.7%). Thecomposition of metabolic disorders was different under different numbers of metabolicdisorders, though the differences were not significant (P>0.05).The rate of ECG abnormality increased with the number of metabol ic abnormalities (P<0.05).. Logistic regression analysisshowed that among peoples with hypertension combined with one metabolic disorders, obesity combined with hypertension has a risk to abnormal ECG(OR=1.73); hypertensioncombined with two metabolic disorders, hyperglycemia, dyslipidemia combined with andobesity, dyslipidemia combined with hypertension has a risk to abnormal ECG(OR=1.55and1.58);. The risk is more remarkably in the people who is under60(OR=2.27and1.97).Conclusion: The rate of ECG abnormality in the over the age of60was significantlyhigher than it in the under the age of60.The rate of the metabolic disorders increase with thenumbers of ECG abnormalities;among peoples with hypertension combined with onemetabolic disorders, obesity combined with hypertension has a greatest risk; hypertensioncombined with one metabolic disorders, obesity, dyslipidemia combined with hypertensionhas a greatest risk.;the risk is more remarkably in the people who is under60.
