The Analysis Of Clinical Characteristics Of837Cases With Colorectal Polyps

Objective By analysis of Colorectal polyps’s clinical and endoscopic features in theinpatient department of General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University.Summary clinicalcharacteristics of colorectal polyps,Endoscopic polyp characteristics and the law of polypscancerous,which in order to provide a theoretical basis of the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods Select from January2002to December2011in our hospital did electroniccolonoscopy and confirmed by histopathology were837clinical cases with colorectal polypsin inpatient department.A retrospective analysis of cases of colorectal polyps information,statistical general data of cases,clinical symptoms,polyp endoscopic characteristics,pathologygrouping and cancerous situation, parallel statistical analysis.Results There are10207cases did electronic colonoscopy in10years,among whichthere are837cases in inpatient department were confirmed by endoscopy and histopathology,male539cases,female298cases.Predilection60to69of age,occupy26.4%.Han680cases,hui111cases,hui colorectal polyps predilection young people.There are319cases of patients withsymptoms of blood in the stool,occupy38.1%.Single polyp430cases,407cases of multiplepolyps.Removal of seven cases of colorectal polyposis detected1758polyps,928adenomatous,occupy52.8%,polyps occur in the rectum and sigmoid,763pedunculatepolyps(43.4%),995no pedunculate polyps(56.6%),juvenile polyp shape pedunculate morethan no pedunculate polyp.52patients with cancerous,occupy6.2%.Conclusion The colorectal polyps occur in the elderly,in recent years,are gettingyounger and younger.Male prevalence in han and hui were higher than female,but predilectionage are different.Blood in the stool is the most symptoms of colorectal polyps. Different pathological type of polyps almost predilection in the rectum and sigmoid colon,butdifferent pathological type of polyp morphology different.the patient’s age,polyp number,thepathological type of polyps,locations,size,sharp and gland dysplasia were effect to cancerousof polyps.
