Objective:Retrospective analysis of the last5years of Ningxia Medical University generalhospital treated200cases of patients with endometrial cancer clinical and pathologicaldata, study the characteristics of the disease, the reason, the diagnostic accuracy, operationmode and its prognostic factors, provide basis for early prevention, diagnosis and treatmentof the disease. Methods:This topic select200cases of endometrial cancer with gynecological treatmentin the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from the January2007to December2011, retrospective analysis of the research indicators and statistical studies.Results:1.200patients aged30to75years old, average age52.64±4.72years old, the agedistribution peaked in54to56years;2.Compared the constituent ratio of the main clinicalmanifestations and endometrial thickness between postmenopausal group and premenopausalgroup, the differences were statistically significant;3.Simple curettage, fractional curettage, hysteroscopy and curettage pathological diagnosis of pathological findings and postoperativeparaffin comparison of the pathological diagnosis histological grade,in line with overallcompliance rate of81.08%,87.21%,90.32%;4.Compared the serum CA125level of thepatients with surgery-pathological stage I/II and III/IV,the difference was statisticallysignificant;5.The overall compliance rate in the the diagnostic histological grade ofintraoperative frozen section examination and the pathological was84.3%;overall depth inthe diagnosis of different myometrial infiltration rate of88.4%;6.Constituent ratio of differenttypes of endometrial cancer compared postmenopausal group and premenopausal group, thedifference was statistically significant;7.Compared different menopausal status and differentpathological types of endometrial cancer histological grade constituent ratio of the differenceswere statistically significant;8.Compared two types of endometrial cancer I/II and III/IV of patients constituent ratio, the difference was statistically significant;9.Compared myometrialinvasion depth and menopausal status, depth of myometrial invasion, and histological graderelationship, the differences were statistically significant;10.Postoperative endometrialcarcinoma and endometrioid carcinoma,1,3,5year survival rates were97.8%,92.4%,86.5%and77.8%,67.4%,52.0%, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Tips endometrial thickness by ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometriallesions important diagnostic value.Hysteroscopy with curettage scraping the preoperativediagnosis of endometrial carcinoma has the highest accuracy.Intro-operative frozenexamination can effectively assess the depth of myometrial invasion;2.Pathological type ofendometrial cancer in post-menopausal group non-endometrial adenocarcinoma. The age ofonset of the G2/G3, Ⅲ/Ⅳof deep myometrial invasion proportion higher than in patientswith endometrial adenocarcinoma;3.Depth of myometrial invasion and histological grade wasnegatively correlated with well-differentiated endometrial cancer mostly shallow myometrialinvasion, poorly differentiated endometrial cancer, deep myometrial invasion. Premenopausalgroup of endometrial cancer histological grade, well-differentiated mainly postmenopausalgroup while poorly differentiated mainly;4.Endometrial adenocarcinoma compared withnon-endometrial carcinoma prognosis.
