The Erxperi Mental Study On Influence Of Xinle Capsule About Viral Myocarditis Small Mice Serum IL-2、 IL-4、 IL-10Level

Objective:To observe how Xinle capsule infulence on the Coxsackievirus B virus3infected KM mice’s serum IL-2、IL-4、IL-10level. Inquire into the function mechanism that the Xile capsule treat Viral myocarditis.Methods:In the experiment, healthy fourty-eight falm KM mice,3weeks old, were divided into six groups randomly:the normal control group, the pathologic control group, the Astragalus group,the high dose Xinle capsule group, the middle dose group, and the low dose group. The viral myocarditis model was established by injecting CVB3into abdominal cavity in KM mice. Through Enzyme-linked immunosorbenadsorptiont find out Xile capsule’s infulence on Viral myocarditis mice serum IL-2、IL-4、IL-10level.Results:As compared to infection group, the level of IL-2reduced and IL-4、IL-10enhanced in treatment group (P<0.01); especially obvious in the high dose Xinle capsule group.Conclusion:lEvery dose of Xinle capsule can reduce the level of IL-2and enhance IL-4、IL-10.2Xinle capsule can balance the inflammatory factors, alleviate the injure of cardiac muscle and shorten the disease course.3Xinle capsule can accommodate immunological competence, protect cardiac muscle.
