Objective: Through observation heart Capsule mice withviral myocarditis serum cTnI and CK-MB, explore the mechanismof action of the drug, and provide the basis for the clinicalapplication of the drug.Methods: Filter60healthy KM mice, divided into six groupsusing random number table, Music from the Heart capsules low dosegroup, dose group, in the capsule of Music from the Heart Musicfrom the Heart of high dose group, positive control group(YuDan Wing heart pill group),the control group and model group(n=10). Application ELISA method and rate law, correspondingto the observed changes in the CVB3virus pathogenic viralmyocarditis in mice serum cTnI and CK-MB content.Results: Heart Music capsules each dose group, the positivedrug control group, the treatment effect is more significant,of cTnI and of CK-MB of reduce the more obvious, there aresignificant with differences P <0.05from the model group, blankgroup, in which heart music capsule high-dose group, the mostobvious.Conclusion:1heart capsule can significantly improveCVB3viral myocarditis induced by murine overall survival,reduce the mortality of mice;2heart capsule can reduceCVB3viral myocarditis induced by murine serum cTnI and CK-MBlevels, reduce the extent of myocardial damage.
