Objective:Scraping of urinary calculi postoperative indwelling double J stentingsurface deposit, separation, culture and identification of nonbacterial on the surfaceofit, discuss its role in the formation of double J stenting deposit, provide a theoreticalbasis for the formation of double J stenting deposit. Methods: collecting22double J stenting after urinary calculus operative fromcystoscope room, after grinding, demineralization, filtration and separation, then culturenanobacteria, Application Von kossa staining, scanning electron microscopy+EnergyDispersive spectrometry, transmission electron microscopy, chemical analysisdetection and identification of nanobacteria. A result analyze by spass17.0,there wassignificant difference(P<0.05).Results:22bottles of culture medium18bottles train nanobacteria.17bottles ofspecimens were the Von kossa stained for brown.15bottles of specimens visible intransmission electron microscopy structure of apatite shell and internal bacterial.17bottles of specimens in the scanning electron microscope, cell morphology wasspherical or rod-shaped dense distribution. The composition of energy-dispersive X-ray analysis showed that the main component of ca and p, both the proportion ofhydroxyapatite in the proportion of close, The chemical composition analysis results:11.1%for Carbonate+Ca, and11.1%for Phosphate+Ca,16.9%for the Oxalate+Ca,5.6%for the Oxalate+Carbonate+Phosphate+Ca+Mg,22.2%fortheOxalate+Phosphate+Ca,11.1%for the Phosphate+Carbonate+Ca,22.2%for the Oxalate+Carbonate+Ca. von kossa staining, scanning electron microscopy, transmissionelectron microscopy detection positive rates were94.4%、94.4%、83.3%respectively, The statistical analysis showed thatχ~2=1.125,P>0.05, the differencewas not statistically significant. Conclusions:There are a lot of nanobacteria in double J stenting deposit, and can besuccessfully cultured in vitro; experiments confirmed that the surface of thenanobacteria can produce apatite-like substances, not only has a bacterial propertiesbut also has the characteristics of the mineralization. Nanobacteria may beinvolved in the formation of double J stenting deposit, specific mechanism still needto be confirmed by further studies.
