As is known to all, modern agriculture is inseparable from the greenhouses, but for the moment, the greenhouses planting still stay on the manual operation, manual operation is very toilsome in the greenhouse, and there are limits to production efficiency, therefore,to realize the automation of agricultural production is very necessary, it can largely promote the modern agriculture. There are many factors which have impact on the growth of crops, such as CO2concentration,temperature and humidity and other environmental factors, the size of the value of these environmental factors have a great influence on the production and quality of agricultural products, so what we have to do is create a very suitable environment for crop.This article designs and realizes an intelligent system to detect and adjust environmental factors based on STM32microcontroller system.firstly,we expounds the necessity of environmental monitoring sensor which widespread used in agricultural production, These sensors has played a big role in the modern agriculture production, also played a big role on the development of agricultural modernization. Then this paper proposes a good solution system,This system can complete the detection and control for various environmental factors in greenhouse very well. It has many advantages when compared with other similar products, then,I introduced the software design for the system modules, and verify OK on our circuit system, furthermore,we need to make a further analysis and processing for the sensors data, and make servos react accordingly,Finally, according to the relationship between temperature and humidity with CO2concentration of multi-sensor data fusion, such as error correction, and instruction steering gear react accordingly, will indoor main influence parameters in order to achieve automatic adjustment to the plant optimal growth environment.Simulation test shows that every function of this system can work well, this system design with fully considering of price and quality,with lower cost and facilitate the development of the design,not only they can be applicable to the modern agriculture production, but also for other areas,such as machinery manufacturing and industrial control and so on, The system have a certain value of market extension. |
