In this paper, we studied the function and effect of Green tea, Black tea and Pu-erh tea reducing Clenbuterol in mice from mice weight, organ coefficient of liver and the residues of Clenbuterol HCL(CLB) in serum, and established a method for a small amount of CLB residues in serum by HPLC.Mice were randomly assigned to the tea-protect group, the tea-clear group and the control check group. Among them, the tea-protect group were given medium concentration of Green tea, Black tea and Pu-erh tea for7days, then they were given CLB by gavage for4days(9:00a.m.), mice were given pure water and sampled blood every afternoon during the gavage; The tea-clear group were given low, medium and high concentration of Green tea, Black tea and Pu-erh tea during10days CLB gavage(9:00a.m.), stoped gavage and drinking tea from11th day, started to be given pure water, and they were sampled blood of1th,2th,3th,4th,6th,8th,10th,11th,12th and13th day afternoon. Weighed the mice weight every other day, weighed their liver weight end the test, and calculated the organ coefficient of liver. We detected the residues of CLB in serum by HPLC.Through the test to get the following conclusions:(1) The CLB residue in the blood of mice presented a wavy change in24h; CLB residues appeared peak in3h after gavage, so taking blood after3h as the test collection point in time, ensured the maximizing the CLB residue in the blood for the test on that day; Determination method of CLB residues in blood samples, the recovery rate was between75%-100%, and was feasible.(2) CLB infected mice were unusually irritability and agile action than blank control group and negative group mice; Drinking Green tea, Black tea and Pu-erh tea in advance, could effectively prevent rapid weight gain in CLB mice; and the effect of Black tea was the most stable, the effect of Pu-erh tea was the most obvious; Green tea, Black tea and Pu-erh tea could ignificantly control the CLB infected mice body weight, and PT2%> GT2%> BT2%; Drinking green tea could effectively protect the CLB infected mice liver, compared the organ coefficient of liver was2%GT-Protect> CK-GT2%>CK>2%GT-Clear>CLB. (3) CLB residues’changing trends in2%GT-Protec、2%BT-Protect and2%PT-Protect group mice’s blood were basically identical; Tea liquor could effectively protect the kidney and liver of mice, significantly improved the detoxifying capability and frequency of micturition, prevention of CLB in mice poisoned; Prevention effect was obvious, Pu-erh tea was slightly better than Green tea and Black tea.(4) Mice’s CLB residue appeared the maximum in the first day and the minimum in the eight day of the lavage, bimodal phenomenon that CLB in mice had time accumulating; Green tea, Black tea and Pu-erh tea could effectively reduce the CLB residues of mice; Gavage10th day, high concentrations of tea liquor’s scavenging effect was the most significant by comparing the mice’s CLB residues in CLB group and positive group.Through the above researches indicated that drinking Green tea, Black tea and Pu-erh tea could effectively prevent the accumulation of CLB in mice and significantly remove residual CLB in mice, so it could strongly advocated the daily tea drinking habits, to prevent or remove the body after eating groups of livestock which fed mixed with the CLB feed.
