"Live enzyme" is added to study (by hunan hong eagle auspicious bio-engineering co., LTD. R&d and production of enzyme preparation and micro ecological synergy of functional feed additives products) for milk production performance piglets and piglets intestinal health, the influence of which lays an experimental basis for popularization and application of products better. Choose age18+2(average weight5.20+/-0.51kg) milk piglets (x)240, tester for the four treatment groups, each group set6repeat, repeat each10pigs. In control group, treatment group I of the basis of feeding mainly corn, soybean meal diet; II group, negative control group on the basis of the formula is control group energy cut80Kcal/kg; Group III and IV group respectively in negative control group diet formula were added on the basis of100g/150g/t and t "live" enzyme preparations. Test is divided into two stages:early trials (18days of age to31days of age) and the first test phase (day age32to64days of age), the whole test process for47days. To repeat day age18,31,64, respectively to weighing test of piglets, at the same time record the piglet growth indicators. While pig digestive experiment select7days before the end of the test, the test at the end of each2of repeated head piglets in abdominal venous blood, and then to test the related physiological and biochemical indexes of the blood.Test results show that:(1)18-31age stage, low energy levels breeding conditions, piglet feed intake were lower than the basic diet group, add a "live" enzyme preparations of piglet feed intake of promoting effect is not obvious. But-64days of age32trial, adding150g/t "live" enzyme preparations of piglet feed intake in the low energy level test group got obvious improvement.(2) During the age of18-31, low energy level raised three groups compared with basic diet group, daily gain of the piglets is low, but in32-64days of age, the daily gain of IV group was obviously higher than I and II group, increased by6%and6%respectively.(3) the early stage of the test results show that the fodder in the added enzyme "live" piglets milk material had no obvious effect than, the first test results showed that adding "live" enzyme preparation can effectively reduce piglet material weight ratio, group III and IV group compared with group II, material weight than dropped3.5%and3.5%respectively. Which "live enzymes" adding amount of150g/t group, piglet material weight than is superior to normal energy levels, improve the IV group compared with I test group were more than3.6%.(4) in the fodder added enzyme "live", can effectively reduce the day age18to24during the day age of piglet diarrhea rate, group â…¢ diarrhea rate compared with group â…  and â…¡, respectively, was reduced by44.9%(P<0.05) and34.7%(P>0.05), IV group compared with group â… , group â…¡ was reduced by55%respectively (P<0.05) and46.7%(P>0.05). Add "live enzymes can reduce the age of25to31piglets diarrhea rate, compared to the group with group â… , â…¡, â…¢ was reduced by9.6%(P>0.05) and37.1%(P>0.05), IV group compared with group â… , group â…¡ was reduced by38.3%respectively (P>0.05) and57%(P<0.05). Each group of piglets in the days of age32to64days of age diarrhea rate of no significant difference (P>0.05).Add "live enzymes,"18days of age to the age of31, piglet unit cost a bit more weight gain. The day age32to64days of age stage, add a "live enzymes can reduce the cost of unit weight, â…¢ with â…  group, and group â…¡ was reduced by1.1%and2.3%respectively, compared â…£ group compared with group I, group â…¡ fell by1.9%and1.9%respectively. Digestive test results show that:added "live" enzyme preparations can effectively increase the crude protein apparent digestibility of the diet â…£ group compared with â… , â…¡ group respectively increased by3.7%(P<0.05) and4.2%(P<0.05); Can effectively promote the piglets to diet apparent digestibility of crude fat, compared with group â…¡, â…¢, â…£ group respectively increased by3.3%(P<0.05) and6%(P<0,05), improve the utilization rate of energy and â…£ group compared with group â… , â…¡ group respectively increased by3.5%(P<0.05) and2%(P<0.05). Add a "live" enzyme preparations, can significantly improve piglets in feed digestion and utilization of crude fiber (P<0.05). But had no obvious effect on calcium apparent digestibility, apparent digestibility of phosphorus has a tendency to increase (P>0.05).Add "live enzymes can effectively reduce the piglet blood total cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein content, at the same time can raise HDL levels, blood group IV pigs blood HDL levels compared with group â… , â…¡ group respectively increased by5.7%(P<0.05) and10.1%(P<0.05)."Live enzymes" to add the amount of100g/150g/t and t in the conditions of blood total cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (hdl-c) and low density lipoprotein levels of influence was not significant (P>0.05). Add "live enzymes can effectively improve blood albumin, total protein content, reduce the content of blood urea nitrogen (P>0.05), including IV group of albumin in the blood compared with group I, II group respectively increased by9.3%(P<0.05) and0.1%(P<0.05). Feeding and adding100g/150g/t t "live enzymes" experimental piglets blood albumin and total protein content can effectively improve, at the same time make the piglets in the blood urea nitrogen content decreases, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05). Feeding "live" enzyme preparations, can improve piglet blood superoxide dismutase (SOD) of biological activities, at the same time improve the total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC), effectively reduce the blood malondialdehyde (MDA) content (P>0.05).150g/100g/t and t, compared to "live enzymes" blood Chinese super oxide dismutase (sod) activity and t-the ability of AOC and MDA content of the difference was not significant (P>0.05).Add "live enzymes can significantly improve the weaned piglets blood levels of IgA in the group compared with group I, II, III respectively increased by22%(P<0.05) and21%(P<0.05); â…£ group compared with group I, group II, increased by13.4%(P<0.05) and12.4%respectively (P<0.05). Add "live enzymes can improve the weaned piglets IgG levels in the blood, the IV group compared with group â… ,â…¡ group respectively increased by19.1%(P<0.05) and30.7%(P<0.05), the blood, the content of lysozyme in the IV group compared with group I, II group respectively increased by40.2%(P<0.05) and49.5%(P<0.05). With the adding quantity increase of enzyme "live", IgG and lysozyme in the piglet content increased in the blood, and100g/150g/t t "live enzymes" group compared with the IgG levels increased by11.7%(P>0.05), and lysozyme content increased by24.8%(P>0.05).In short, the diet adding150g/t "live enzymes can effectively improve piglet feed intake and daily gain, reduce material weight ratio, diarrhea rate and production cost, but also can effectively improve piglets to the diet of protein, crude fibre and fat digestion and absorption utilization ratio; Add "live enzymes can effectively enhance the antioxidant capacity of piglets, immune function and so on, ACTS as a stimulus to the growth of piglets.
