| To investgate effects of DDGS on production performance and blood biochemical indexes of growing pigs, and to ascertain optimum proportion of DDGS in growing pigs diet, and to provide theoretical basis for the application of DDGS in feed. Eighty-four healthy growing pigs(Duroc×(Landrace×Yorkshine)) with average body weight25kg were randomly allotted to four dietary treatments and were fed. The group A were raised basal diet consisting of a corn-soybean-mixed feed, and the group B, C and D were supplemented with5%,10%and15%DDGS, respectively. The end of the feeding trial, growth performance, blood biochemical indexes and economic benefit of each group were statistical analysed. Results are as bellow:(1) Results of growth performance of growing pigs showed that compared with the control group, average daily gain of group B, C and D were increased by5.86%,1.72%and-5.88%, respectively (P>0.05).(2) Results of the serum indicators displayed that there were no significant differences among the groups on the concentrations of GLU, Ca, P, TC, TP, ALB, GLOB and BUN, and the activities of ALP, GOT and GPT, and the levels of IgG, IgM and IgA (P>0.05)(3) The test indicated on benefit analysis that adding5%~15%DDGS in the diets of growing pigs had no effect on the production performance. However the dose of DDGS reached10%, the feed intake had droped (group C and D decreased by6.6%and15.73%than the control group respectively). Therefore, for the feed factory, under the condition of having no effect on the production performance and feed intake of growing pigs, adding10%DDGS could achieve the best profit (saving80yuan Per ton). And for the pig farms, the profit was the biggest at5%(each pig could profit more than10.98yuan).The above results suggested that the DDGS had high feeding value, and the optimum adding amount was5%~10%in growing pigs diet. |
