Different materials were carried out on the I-107poplar plantation.Analyzed soil water content, soil maximum capillary cpacity and soil saturated water content, soil physical characteristic, growth quantity condition of I-107poplar plantation. Measures on the I-107poplar plantation static and dynamic economic analysis in different water retention covering. The research were as follows:1.0-20cm soil moisture content of the soil level of processing is gradually reduced from April1to May30. The contrast zone soil moisture content is reduced to6.13%. Straw mulching treatment was8.10%retaining agent was7.61%, overlying8.11%albuginea processing, the cover albuginea and straw mulching8.12%, the processing and straw mulching aquasorb8.63%, retaining agent and review albuginea9.57%. In the rainfed the guaranteed water treatment measures, water retention effect:soil with water absorbing resin and white veil dual mulch> white veil and wheatstraw dual mulch> soil with water absorbing resin and wheatstraw dual mulch> white veil mulch>black veil mulch> Aquasorb> wheatstraw mulch> contrast.2. Various water conservation measures under the soil capillary water holding capacity than the implementation of water conservation measures la has increased. Soil with water absorbing resin and wheatstraw dual mulch measure to increase the maximum. Soil with water absorbing resin and white veil dual mulch has growed16.90%, white veil and wheatstraw dual mulch has growed17.24%, wheatstraw mulch has growed16.03%, white veil mulch>black veil mulch has growed16.86%, soil with water absorbing resin has growed16.05%, contrast has growed12.59%. Various water conservation measures, compared with the comparison area, respectively, an increase of9.38%,6.78%,7.82%,6.72%,5.78%,4.88%, in the implementation of water conservation measures7a.3. With increasing stand age, and implementation of water conservation measures to deal with life, soil bulk density has reduced in varying degrees. Compared with the implementation of the water conservation measures la:soil with water absorbing resin and wheatstraw dual mulch, Soil with water absorbing resin and white veil dual mulch, white veil and wheatstraw dual mulch, wheatstraw mulch, white veil mulch>black veil mulch, soil with water absorbing resin, contrast were reduced by12.75%,11.33%,11.41%,10.74%,10.67%, 13.32%,13.26%,13.87%,13.79%,12.56%.4. Implementation of water conservation measures for the first seven years, compared with the comparison area, soil with water absorbing resin and white veil dual mulch, soil with water absorbing resin and wheatstraw dual mulch, white veil and wheatstraw dual mulch, white veil mulch>black veil mulch, wheatstraw mulch> contrast were reduced by10.72%,9.50%,8.82%,4.14%,3.73%,2.51%. DBH, respectively, an increase of16.22%,12.78%,12.32%,9.55%,7.69%,5.77%. The forest reserves increased62.84m3/hm2,49.78m3/hm2,47.28m3/hm2,31.68m3/hm2,25.73m3/hm2,18.60m3/hm2.5. Compared with the comparison area, the inputs and outputs of the different water conservation measures were higher than the comparison area. The size of the total investment of the order for soil with water absorbing resin and wheatstraw dual mulch> soil with water absorbing resin and white veil dual mulch> white veil and wheatstraw dual mulch> soil with water absorbing resin> wheatstraw mulch> white veil mulch>black veil mulch> contrast. The output value of the size of the order of soil with water absorbing resin and white veil dual mulch> soil with water absorbing resin and wheatstraw dual mulch> white veil and wheatstraw dual mulch> soil with water absorbing resin> wheatstraw mulch> white veil mulch>black veil mulch> contrast.
