With the development of economy, the problem on water-resource deficiency will be gettingnotable, so effectively protecting water-resource becomes one of the important tasks on theecological filed. As one of the most important ecological functions of forest ecosystems,water-conservation has long been studied extensively. How to adjust the current forest structureand which restoration measures that make the water conservation capacity of forests to achievethe best state to take become a current research focus.In this paper, we study the water-conservation capacity of the Laoshan Forest Farm,. First, makea qualitative assessment of the current waste-conservation capacity of the Laoshan Forest Farmfrom three aspects which are the canopy interception, the litter interception and the soil watercontent. For the poor water-conservation capacity of the Laoshan Forest Farm, we use theAnalytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to get a reasonable area ratio of a variety types of forest in theLaoshan Forest Farm, and proposed adjust ments and target structure. Then raised a reasonablerestoration measures of the Laoshan Forest Farm after studied the restoration measures of forestmanagement. At the last, we will re-valuate the Laoshan Forest Farm base on imagining all theabove measures were token, and contrast with the current value of the Laoshan Forest Farm.The main results of the study are as follows:(1)Take the Expert Scoring Method to make a qualitative assessment of the water-conservationcapacity of the Laoshan Forest Farm from three aspec-ts that is canopy, litter layer and soil layer.The score of the Laoshan Fore-st Farm is15.29(out of27), water-conservation capacity belong tothe midd-le level, that means it can not conserve water very effectively.(2)Make economic evaluation of the Laoshan Forest Farm which from the water-conservationvalue, the carbon-dioxide fixed value, the oxygen-released value and the biological diversityprotection value this four aspects, and get the total ecological value of the Lasoshan Forest Farmto207million RMB.(3)To get the best water-conservation capacity of the Laoshan Forest Farm by using AHP, theoptimal area ratio is: the broadleaved mixed forest35.83%, the Quercus18.12%, the Cypress15.89%, the foreign pine9.41%, the Pinus Massoniana9.19%and the shrubs11.61%.(4)Select an applicable repair management measures of the Laoshan Forest Farm, main withthe artificially induced to promote natural regeneration, the specific measures are: sterile thebroad-leaves forest between the coniferous forest, pumping the coniferous forest to fill the broad-leaves forest and thinning for transmittance.(5)After has been token by the repair management measures, the water-conservation capacityof the Laoshan Forest Farm increased by41.33%. The total water-conservation capacity of theLaoshan Forest Farm could achieve to47.11m3/hm315years later, and it's water-conservationvalue could reach to188minllion RMB.
