The benefit research to the conservation of water and soil measures as well as to the benefit quantitativeness and the currency analysis is propitious to the development of economic evaluation to conservation of water and soil, is good to satisfy the demand of benefit analysis to the ecologic conservation of water and soil project,making for peple to enhance their understandings to water and soil conservation benefits.The benefit research conforms to the economical measurement's development tendency. The research of benefit currency to the ecology project may also promote our country's ecology resources commercialization and the operation management reform to the market.This article carried on the analysis and computation to the benefit of the measures that often employed but hadn't made enough benefit analysis in the water and soil conservation projects with emphasis. Using economic environmental subject, froming the different angles, it separately analyzed the benefits of the prohibits, the path and the water storage pit measures. And it studied the benefits of the forest and grass measures on the slope face. The results is under below:1.The prohibit's measure has the benefit of economy, ecology and social efficiency. Using the econology method and combining with the characters of the prohibit, it analyzed the computational methods to each benefit and reached the conclusion of 120.000 Yuan/years for a prohibit unit.And it caculated the prohibit's value in Jing river area of the water and soil conservation project on the loess plateau.2. For the benefit of roads, this paper analyzed the economy and the social efficiency to the typical Lu Ba model with the knowledge of transportation method, and concluded the value of 187,000 Yuan/years; The value for roads of the terrace on sloping surfaces is 1359.4 Yuan/year hectares; and it evaluated the social efficiency using the fuzzy synthesis appraisal law.3. To the benefit analyse of the water storage pits, this paper computated the irrigating benefit with the water conservation's economic analysis method. Using the replacement thought of economics and analyzing the function of water storage pit in peasant household family ,it computated its benefits of economy and society. In the end, it calculated the potable value for the water storage pit with the environment, economic and social efficienet characters: the water storage pit for irrigation is 2296.6 Yuan/year,the pit for drinking is 1632.8Yuan/year, and caculated the benefit of 3356 irrigation pits in Jing area counting for 13.103 million Yuan/years.4. The analysis to forest and grass measures' s benefit on slope faces is a further research to the GB code.It made out the computational method for benefit. It has analyzed the main ecology benefit for forest and grass measure and also to the computational methods. It calculated the ecology benefit for the forest and grass measure. And it has carried on the adjustment to the total value of the ecology benefit, making it more meaningful.
