Mycotoxin commonly exist in the feedstuff and material, are secondary metabolites produced by mycete in the process of growth and development, causing serious harm to the animal husbandry and human health, and thus bring huge economi losses. Aflatoxin (AF) are secondary metabolites produced by Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus parasiticus, is mycotoxins in the broadest and the most in-depth study a mycotoxin known today, has a strong carcinogenic, teratogenic and mutagenic effects, chronic poisoning often occurs in actual production.The liver is the target organ of aflatoxin, animal intake of aflatoxin contamination in feed or raw materials after the toxin in animal liver, cause liver damage. Liver is an important organ of drug as it contains so many drug-metabolizing enzyme, liver damage was caused by aflatoxin poisoning will lead to drug the change of pharmacokinetic of drug in animal.Doxycycline hydrochloride as broad-spectrum antibiotics, belonging to the tetracycli nes, certainly inhibitory effect on Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, Rickettsia, chlamydia, mycoplasma, spirochetes and some protozoa. The purpose of this study is to simulate the natural conditions of aflatoxin poisoning, doxycycline in drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics of Cherry Valley ducks in vivo study salt under these conditions, formulate and guide clinical medication regimen. Test results as follows:Cherry Valley ducks were divided into normal group, model group, drug group and montmorillonite4groups, normal group was fed with normal complete ration, the remaining3groups1-7day age fed with normal complete ration,8~21days of age were fed diets containing aflatoxin B150μg/kg, the smectite group feed added with anti mildew agent montmorillonite.22days after the4groups were fed normal complete ration, drug group22-28day orally granular formulation that can protect liver and enhance immunity.By giving the cherry valley ducks fed doxycycline hydrochloride aqueous solution of doxycycline hyclate in Cherry Valley ducks in vivo pharmacokinetics. Use high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of doxycycline hydrochloride concentration in plasma, the data processing by DAS2.0pharmacokinetic software delivery, compartment model fitting, the minimum of AIC R2was determined in4groups of compartmental model. The results show that the normal group, model group, drug group smectite group, the pharmacokinetic data were the two compartment model with first-order absorption (normal group, model group, weight=1cc, the remaining2groups of weight=1), calculation of pharmacokinetic parameters are as follows:Normal group:Ka:0.602±0.022h-1,T1/2α:1.431±0.074h,T1/2β:57.142±5.528h,AUC (0-∞):47.961±0.7881mg/L-h,Tmax:2.000±0.000h,Cmax:1.215+0.058mg/l, V1/F:10.054±0.631L/kg,CL/F:0.348±0.120L/h·kg. Fitted equation:C=7.925e-0485t+0.732e-0012t-8.657e-0.602t.Model group:Ka:0.251±0.070h-1,T1/2α:3.811±1.607h,T1/2β:29.803±5.750h, AUC (0-oo):42.520±0.792mg/L-h,Tmax:3.000±0.000h,Cmax:3.945±0.644mg/l, V1/F:5.141±1.104L/kg,CL/F:0.400±0.122L/h-kg Fitted equation:C=1.771e-0201t+1.587e-0.024t-3.358e-0.251t.Drug group:Ka:0.581±0.503h-1,T1/2α:2.833±2.182h,T1/2β:33.655+12.634h,AUC (0-∞):28.901±11.972mg/L-h,Tmax:4.000±0.000h,Cmax:2.190±0.306mg/l, V1/F:10.933±7.734L/kg,CL/F:0.793±0.376L/h-kg. Fitted equation:C=8.76e-0345t+0.693e-0.022t-9.453e-0.58It.Montmorillonite group:Ka:0.621±0.165h-1,T1/2α:1.348±0.304h,T1/2β:51.125±21.803h,AUC(0-oo):52.612±16.926mg/L-h,Tmax:2.000±0.000h,Cmax:1.929±0.583mg/l, V1/F:7.561±4.535L/kg,CL/F:0.406±0.120L/h·kg. Fitted equation:C=11.057e-0.530t+0.762e-0.015t-11.819e-0.621t.The results show that, aflatoxin poisoning after doxycycline hydrochloride on the absorption and distribution of slow Cherry Valley duck body, liver injury and poisoning caused significantly affect the enterohepatic circulation of doxycycline hydrochloride so as to speed up the elimination in vivo; and aflatoxin poisoning after gavage of strong immune liver particles after moving data view of doxycycline hydrochloride metabolism has returned to normal trend from medicine, showed that the recovery effect obvious strong free liver particles caused by aflatoxin liver injury; add in aflatoxin contamination in feed anti-mildew agent montmorillonite, doxycycline hydrochloride have tended to be normal trend in metabolism in Cherry Valley ducks, but from the pharmacokinetic data or by aflatoxin contain a certain amount of caused liver damage.
