The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of adding different sources of oil and pure duck oil on the growth performance of 15-39-day-old Cherry Valley ducks.A single-factor completely randomized group test design was adopted, and 2160 healthy15-day-old cherry valley ducks were selected and randomly divided into 7 treatment groups with 6 replicates in each group and 60 ducks in each replicate.Feed equal energy and other protein diets. Each treatment group added different sources of oil and fat on the basis of the same diet.Group Ⅰ added 4.45% self-pure duck oil, group Ⅱ added 4.64% duck mixed oil, group Ⅲ added 4.85% Duck intestine oil, group Ⅳ added 4.85% soup oil, group Ⅴ added4.85% lard, group VI added 4.13% soybean oil, group Ⅶ added 3.87% self-pure duck oil.The test period is 25 days. The results showed that,at 15-22 days of age,the soybean oil group significantly increased the feed intake(p <0.05)and weight gain of the Cherry Valley Duck at 14-22 days of age compared with the duck mixed oil group and lard group.p<0.05);at 23-29 days old, compared with lard group, soybean oil group significantly increased the 23-29-day cherry valley duck stage feed intake(p <0.05);at 30-39 days old Compared with the pure duck oil high energy group, the duck intestine oil group, soybean oil group and pure duck oil low energy group significantly increased the stage feed intake(p<0.05).Compared with the pure duck oil high energy group and the soybean oil group, the pure duck Significantly increased stage weight gain in the oil high energy group(p <0.05),compared with the soup oil group and the soybean oil group, the pure duck oil high energy group significantly reduced F / G(p <0.05),compared with the soup oil group and the soybean oil compared with the group, the pure duck oil high energy group significantly reduced the meat production cost(p <0.05).There was no significant difference in the fatty acid test data of 39-day-old cherry valley meat ducks in different oil groups. Therefore, the use of pure duck oil in the whole process of 14-39 days old has the best production efficiency.
