The Upper Tobacco Leaves Baking Technology Development And Exploration Of K326Variety In Yuxi City

K326varieties have good aroma quality, aroma quantity in Yuxi, and it has been as the main raw material of Hongta group of high-grade cigarette formula. In addition, the upper leaves have obvious advantages, which is the Hongta group’s favor. But in recent years, lots of problems such as ripe harvesting, harvest time, curing skills affected tobacco production, and upper leaves after baking hanging gray, variegated seriously, which led to farmers income decreased, planting area was reduced. In order to improve the quality of K326upper leaves reduce hanging gray, mottled smoke, baking losses and increase income of farmers, we studied in four aspects, different maturity, different mining roast time and different loading density of different baking technology. The results showed that once mining grilling of the mature upper6leaves, the baking time becoming shorter, lower costing, and higher price. September15was the best ripe time of K326upper leaves, which led to good quality, roasting and low cost; increasing loading density decreased baking and baking routine labor; the baking process of lower temperature and humidity, led to yellow leaf tobacco, higher level tobacco, and higher price, increase farmers income. Integrated the above four aspects of technology, it guarantees the quality of tobacco supplement of raw materials, possessing good application prospects.
