Development Of2ZFS-1A Multifunctional Tobacco Transplanting Machine

Based on the tobacco seedlings transplanting operation agronomic requirements andtobacco seedlings’ physiological fertilizer demand, for the tobacco seedlings’ low survivalrate and low fertilizer use efficiency during the tobacco seedling transplanting process,2ZFS-1A multi-functional tobacco transplanting machine was designed.The transplanting machine with fertilizer fertilizing, stirring, transplanting and automaticwatering multi-function integrated operational capability is mainly composed of the fixed-point quantitative fertilization mixing system, investment seedling transplanting, wateringsystem, transmission system, rack and safety guard. Before operation, the transplantingmachine needs to be mounted a big water tank on the tractor to the specified location,connected with good water hose, pumped a submersible in the water tank, and then the powerswitch is turned on, with transplanting machine suspended in a24to40horsepower tractor.During operations, on the one hand the power through the transmission system drives thesentinel quantitative fertilization transplanting machine mixing, continues to fixed-pointquantitative rate the fertilizer box of tobacco seedling fertilizer (raise seedling) and mix thefertilizer with soil stirring evenly in the cavity. On the other hand, the power through thetransmission system drives the transverse cast seedlings mechanism and the duckbilltransplanting mechanism. The tobacco seedlings in the cast seedling cup are put into theduckbill mechanism, which is composed of a duckbill transplanting mechanism responsiblefor tobacco seedling transplanting fertilizer after mixing accurate to within the crater. Alongwith the rotation of duckbill type transplanting mechanism mounted on the transplantingmechanism, supporting arm of the inductive metal sheet which controls water electromagneticvalve photoelectric sensor induction area, will control the electromagnetic valve conduction,and accurately completed job points watering.The transplanting machine focuses on the fixed-point quantitative fertilization mixingtechnology and “zero speed transplanting” technology. Comparative analysis of variousfertilization methods of fertilizer, it was determined to use the fertilizer fertilizing and outsidegeneva fertilizer apparatus of fertilizer. And on the basis of existing planting the hyperbolicshaft duckbill planting was developed. Through the cam control duckbill open, it can achieve"zero speed transplanting". The transplanting machine performance test and production test show that thetransplanting machine’s mass error is less than0.1%, fertilization amount error is0.55%~1.3%, spacing error is1%~2%, fertilization depth error is4%~8%, leakage seedingrate and injury seeding rate are less than2%, and the production rate with stable performanceis up to98%, the failure rate is lower than0.03%. The transplanting machine can meet therequirements of tobacco cultivation agronomic.
