This study clouds and smoke high aroma varieties and11,87as test material, choose5different altitude biome, namely: guizhou bijie weining, guizhou province shi bing county (an altitude of823m), henan sanmenxia have (at an altitude of799m) of henan province nanyang NaXiangXian (elevation356m), henan xuchang YuZhouShi (140m) above sea level. Trying to through the analysis of different varieties of main flavoring substances content in different ecological areas of differences and response, and the main meteorological factors for rational planning and management of high aroma of flue‐cured tobacco production to provide scientific basis. According to the test results and analysis, preliminary conclusions are as follows:1) prepare11smoke tobacco polyphenols content is significantly higher than clouds,87, and performance in five areas. Ecological range, NaXiang tobacco polyphenols content is higher, shi grasp the content of polyphenols is low. That sunshine hours increased to develop tobacco polyphenols content. Mature and prosperous long sunshine time effect on the content of polyphenols is larger, the overall performance for the sunshine time> temperature>> cloudiness rainfall> relative humidity> evaporation.2) and11smoke tobacco carotenoid content is significantly higher than clouds,87, and performance in five areas. Ecological range, Lu Shihe NaXiang tobacco carotenoid content is higher. Sunshine hours increased tobacco carotenoid synthesis and accumulation. Stretch root period and mature period of sunlight hours to the content of carotenoids, overall performance is: temperature> sunshine duration> evaporation> cloud cover> relative humidity> rainfall.3) prepare11smoke tobacco leaf chlorophyll content is significantly higher than clouds,87, and performance in five areas. Amount of glandular trichome secretion and smoke11, alpha west hodginsii three ene glycol and beta westpac ene glycol content in five areas are higher than contrast varieties was over87. Ecological range, have total tobacco glandular trichome secretion and the component content is higher, low weining sites. Visible sunshine hours and the average temperature is effect to the content of glandular trichome secretion, rainfall to the negative effect to the secretion of glandular hairs. Sunlight hours is relatively strong influence on tobacco leaf carotenoid content. The content of carotenoids degradation products, the township is higher, have lower. Tobacco, township in tomato ketone content is higher, weining is low. Brown reaction product content is higher in shi bing, NaXiang is low. Phenylalanine is a class content is higher in shi bing, NaXiang and weining is low. Visible sunshine time of tobacco leaf carotenoids degradation products and tomato ketone content positive role. Larger correlation with central neutral aroma constituents in tobacco field development climate factor is: the sunshine time, cloud cover, and the average temperature.8) and the smoke in11five regional sensory quality is superior to the clouds,87, in sweet, tender degrees, quality of aroma, concentration of aroma, aftertaste, index of the mixed gas and stimulating, etc. Ecological range, grasp and have comments on the quality of tobacco leaf, weining is poorer.
