The infectious bursal disease (IBD) etc. occurred popularly, in order to control the occurrence ofthese diseases. In this research, the immunization programs were re-enacted and their effects weremonitored by testing broiler IBD, AI maternal antibodies and antibody after vaccination growth anddecline.200Ross (AA) in1-day-old chicks were randomly divided into groups A, B, C, D, E, F. According tothe antibody titers to monitor the situation, When IBD average antibody titers in group A were less than800, the immunization was made. To continue the monitoring of serum antibody, the secondimmunization was made when the antibody was lower than800again. Antibody titers of avian influenzaH9and subtype H5in30chicks of Group B≦4log2, AI vaccine was immunized. By repeatingantibody titer test to decide whether or not the second immunization was made. When the serumantibody titer≦4log2, the second immunization was made. According to the antibody titers tomonitor the situation, the two vaccines of IBD and AI was immunized in30chicks of Group C, the twovaccines immunization programs were similar with A and B groups. According to the companyimmunization program, the1-day-old was immunized avian influenza H9subtype vaccine, subtype H5avian influenza vaccine in9-day-old, bursal disease vaccine in18-day-old in30chicks of Group D.In accordance with the immunization program,30chicks in Group E were immunized with ND, AI,IBD, IB vaccines. ND and IBD vaccines were administered intranasally. As the control group, thechicks in Group F were not immuned to any vaccine, just injected with normal saline. Grouping theremaining20chickens, elimination of sick chickens, insert the control group. Experimental chickens ineach group using the subscript number in the2,5,8,12,15,18,22,26,30,34,37,41,45days, theblood samples were collected. IBD antibodies were monitored by ELISA method, and the AI antibodylevel was monitored by blood coagulation inhibition experiments.By IBD maternal antibodies monitoring, the results showed, when the antibody titers decreased toabout1000, the rate of decay slowed down. Antibody titers in45days down to84or so. Broiler meanantibody titer of818in19days, Therefore, IBD vaccine the experimental group A and group C wasimmunized in19days of age. H9avian influenza maternal antibodies at1-9days of age, the antibodytiters slowed down, within12-26days of age, maternal antibodies downward trend to accelerate. Theantibody was from8.1log2dropped to2.9log2. Subsequent days of age the antibody downward trendslowed down, the antibody was from0.1log2at45days of age. As at19days of age when maternalantibodies mean5.8log2(Titer≦4log2), Therefore, H9subtype of avian influenza vaccination at20days of age.The test result of IBD serum antibody confirmed: When the IBD maternal antibody titer≦800(18days old), inoculated with IBD vaccine, the immune effect was good; AI vaccination did notsignificantly affect the growth and decline of serum IBD antibody (P>0.05); compared Group A and Group D, E, the immune effect of Group A much better than Group D, Group E.The test result of AI serum antibody proved: When avian flu maternal antibody titer of H9subtypeand H5subtype≦4log2, Avian influenza H9subtype vaccine was inoculated at12days of age, respectively, inoculated subtype H5avian influenza vaccines in15days old, with good immune effect.IBD vaccination did not significantly affect the growth and decline of serum AI antibody of H9subtypeand H5subtype (P>0.05); compared Group B and Group D, E, the immune effect of Group B wasmuch better than Group D, Group E.According to the test results, the IBD, AI immunization program as follows: IBD vaccination age was18days of age; AI H9subtype vaccination age was12days; AI Subtype H5vaccination age was15days old.The immunization program was applied in the three broiler breeding base from Yanshan, Julu,Daming counties for the confirmatory test, the results showed: Duting the breeding cycle, there were noIBD appeared in the test area. Flocks outside the test area (with the coop control) at26-32days age ofbroilers, there were sporadic IBD. The incidence was8.1%(413/5100), the death and elimination ratewas3.1%.
