The reproductive hormonal changes in the peripheral blood of sheep duringdifferent periods, can fully display their reproductive physiology, rational use of thislaw can promote cultivar selection, effectively shortening the lambing interval,improve the rational utilization of ewes. In this study, the concentrations of E2, P4andT in peripheral blood of lamb which weaning to10months of age, the concentrationsof E2and P4in peripheral blood of estrus synchronization ewes and e pregnant wes ofYongchang meat sheep new breeding population by radioimmunoassay (RIA) andchemilum-inescence (CLIA). For cultivate new varieties provide valid reference data.The results showed that:1. The E2concentration changes range of female lambs which weaning to10months of age is (6.21±1.62~162.40±130.38) pg/ml. Which rising status in5monthsago, has a sharp rise in5months, followed by fluctuating levels of E2. The range of P4concentration changes is (0.01±0.01~0.843±0.45) ng/ml. Which sharp improving in5months old, the content of all the content after5months more than5months ago, andchanges by the way of implusing. The concentrations of P4before5month-old aresignificantly lower than the8~10month-old (P <0.01).2. The T concentration changes range of Lambs which weaned to10months ofage is (0.19±0.18~1.98±1.03) ng/ml. It showed low levels of T slowly rising in5months ago, and appeared suddenly improved(0.84±0.53)ng/ml in the5-month-old,and next maintained at a certain level to rise slowly. Last T concentration values havebeen close to a normal level of sexual maturity.3. The E2and P4concentration in peripheral blood of female lambs showed arising trend before5months of age that is synchronized parallel trend. From the5(5months old half) times, the concentration values have suffered increased substantiallyin different degrees, after, the trend appeared E2rising, P4down, and P4E2rise or fallat the same time or a certain point. Which phenomenon is part of the synchronous ornot. Regardless of concentration values rising or falling, the whole range ofconcentration exist a rising trend. 4. The levels varied of P4, E2in bolt buried ewes of Yongchang meat sheep newbreeding population from (0.21±0.16~1.50±1.23) ng/ml and (55.91±32.76~243.39±82.21) pg/ml. P4content has a value close to late gestation2.33±0.98ng/ml, on2thday, maintain a stable level in4~10days, and after withdrawal tied, down to(0.21±0.16)ng/ml. E2value appears a similar estrus value (243.39±82.21)pg/ml.Respective other times, the value of14thday has significant difference (P<0.01), E2,P4concentrations similar to the period of late gestation. On the12days buried bolt isthe ideal time to withdraw bolt, and estrus occuring after past36hours whenwithdrawal bolt and injection of PMSG..5. E2concentrations of Yongchang meat sheep new breeding populationpregnant ewes ranged from:(29.93±6.50~133.68±60.89) pg/ml, and P4concentrationsranged from:(0.14±0.10~5.47±3.42) ng/ml. E2and P4concentrations similar to estrouscycle in which first20day and in20~40days is more stable, after40days displays riseand peak. The ratio of E2/P4change is quite different in which first20day. After20thday, the value change smoothly, and has a slight rise at60thday, following a steadyslow decline, which significantly different from the estrous cycle. The results confirmthat: during20th~40thday of gestation ewes, the E2, P4concentration changessmoothly, unlike the normal variation of the estrous cycle, can be used as data basis ofearly diagnosis in pregnancy ewes.
